"Very friendly staff, beautiful property and room, loved the bathroom and bed was very comfortable from an American perspective (not like sleeping on a cement slab). Parking is €30/day and offsite (3-5 min walk), but easy in & out."

"The breakfast was pretty good. It would be even better if they had fruits and some healthier food. But I am aware that this is too much to expect from a hotel at this price range. They did their best to serve me bread without glutein. The room was rather simple but it was clean and the view was awesome. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but If you are looking for a hotel with a reasonable price, right at the heart of Hamburg, you must put this one at the top of your list."

"The room were clean an the staff was nice and polite. We didn’t have breakfast, but they provided us with cutleries when we asked. The lights were very dim, maybe a bit too much. The rest was comfortable and nice. "

"The apt mentions it has a restaurant, but it closed during covid and hasn’t reopened. It does serve an excellent breakfast, but the restaurant isn’t open for lunch or dinner. I was there on an Easter Monday, and the majority of the restaurants in the area were closed for the holiday. I would not have stayed at the hotel if I had known the restaurant was closed. "

Jennifer is the lady who was refilling the refrigerator and I left her €20.00 on the counter. Hopefully she will receive her tips. Thank you all"

"Convenient for a short stay. 30 minutes walk to the center. U & S Bahn stations are 7-8 minutes walk. Staff are welcoming & understanding. We’re satisfied with what we get."
