「This was one of the nicest hotels i have stayed at for the price point. It was a solid four star hotel staff was super knowledgeable and helpful. The room cleaning staff the super friendly gave us extra stuff when we needed it. The food at the hotel is excellent, but expensive go pay twice the amount as if you want to a restaurant offsite. Most of the pools were closed due to the temperature, but we are able to use the pool at the Intercontinental. We use the Intercontinental concierge’s to book...

「Accessible room was small with no desk, no telephone, no room service, no face cloths, shower room was large but had all toiletries were stacked on back of large wash hand basin which made them out of reach for someone in a wheelchair. 」

「駐車場のシステムに関する説明を除いては、すべて満足です。最終的には駐車場のシステムについても理解できました。ただ、フロントの方が、駐車券の紛失に関する取り扱いに固執しすぎて、実際のオペレーションに関する質問をしても、的確な応えを得られませんでした。実際、別の方に対応してもらったら、オペレーションに関する回答も違ったので、なんだかな、と残念な思いをしました。 これを除くと、天気にも恵まれた旅程となり、ホテルのサービスや食事、イベントなどとても良かったです。」

「Zimmer groß und sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Belebte Gegend.」

「Everything was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is relatively new so everything is modern and clean. I used the sauna which was great. I thought the filtered water and ice station close to our room was great. The omelette at breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had and the breakfast staff were great. 」
