「Wonderful staff at the reception. Very professional, they communicate in English, very helpful , and go out of their way to make one feel at home. Two of them we came across was George and Nana…both were amazing. Housekeeping staff wonderful…our rooms were immaculately clean. Breakfast at the coffee shop was good. Gigi & Nika were exceptional. All staff we came across are a great asset to Makmani. The Hotel is walking distance to city center, shopping, restaurants, attractions etc. ...
「We really like our room 302 with an amazing view.
Everything was clean and very tightie. We didn't have any issues with check in or noises even tho the hotel is located next to restaurants. AC worked perfectly all 4 days we stayed here. And room service was every other day. The staff as we friendly and informative. I have nothing negative to say. 」

「Ao chegar, mesmo antes da hora, me foi oferecido um quarto que já estava pronto e superior ao que tinha reservado. Ou seja, me deram um upgrade de quarto e um checkin antecipado. O quarto era muito confortável, com cama grande, minibar, chaleira elétrica. Banheiro com chuveiro com água boa e quente. Café da manhã com variedades. Staff muito atencioso. Próximo a vários pontos turísticos. Ao lado de um Carrefour enorme. Fica uma ressalva, pois o quarto não possuía um isolamento acústico muito bom...
「It is close to the city centre (if you like walking), the view and breakfast are incredibly beautiful. the staff were extremely hospitable and very interested. the room was designed to meet all my needs. I did not need anything extra. Tbilisi is a beautiful city. When I come here again, my preference will be this hotel again.」
