Welcome to "EAGLE'S REST"! This three bedroom two and a half bath home is located across the street from the beach with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico and is located within the gated community of St. George Island Plantation. This home offers access to all the Plantation amenities including two community pools, tennis courts, pickle ball court, bike paths, nature trails and fitness center. On the first floor the master suite features a King bed, direct access to the covered deck, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and stand-up shower. A Queen bedroom with direct access to the covered deck shares a bathroom with a third bedroom containing a Queen bed and Twin bunk beds! The shared bathroom features a double vanity and standard shower/tub combo. The second floor has a spacious open floor plan with living room, dining room and kitchen. There is also a half bath. The living room features comfortable seating and beautiful views of the Gulf. The dining area features a large trestle table that seats eight and a smaller table that seats an additional four guests. The kitchen is well stocked, equipped with all stainless appliances and a breakfast bar that seats an additional four guests.
