You will love this spacious beach front cottage. Features include; 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths, large living area with a wall of windows, fully equipped kitchen, screen porch off master suite with exceptional beach views, HDTV and more. NO SMOKING, NO PETS. Amenities: Cable TV, VCR, Stereo, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Grill, Large Sundeck, and more!

We have been coming to the island for 25 years and still can't get enough of it! This property is what you pay for, it is in the perfect location with a couple issues here and there. The main issue we had was the mold from the air conditioner unit and the mold in the bathrooms, the bathrooms have poor ventilation so there are to be spots here and there, but the mold in the AC unit was quite excessive, by the end of the trip we were all feeling quite sick out of nowhere. Otherwise the stay was great and the location is truly hard to pass up.

Excellent Property for a small family right on the beach!

Panoramic view of the beach and the gulf from the windows sweeping from the kitchen/dining area through the living room and the screened-porch (with master-bedroom behind it). Open floor plan made visiting with each other fun and easy. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. Nicely decorated with beach pictures. Nice deck to sun yourself and a beautiful beach to walk and find shells. Check-in process was quick and easy. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Great house and location. Super relaxing.

We were really pleased with this property. It’s a great house directly on the beach. Great back deck with chairs to enjoy the sun. Down the steps from the back deck, It’s only about 50 yards to the water. Wonderful for those who like to be in a less crowded beach. Great family time.
