This 4-bedroom home is designed for relaxation and features a private *elevator, a large sun deck, and a screened porch ideal for outdoor dining. Take advantage of the desirable amenities at the Plantation Clubhouse, equipped with all you need for a memorable coastal getaway.

- Dining area accommodates 8 people, plus there is additional seating for 2 at the bar.

- Screened porch designed for outdoor dining.
- Upper sun deck equipped with Adirondack chairs.

- Access to the Plantation Clubhouse, which includes extra amenities.
- Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Apologies, no pets allowed.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

Chasing Pirates

This is a very nice property. It is very clean with nice comfortable beds and easily fits three to four couples. The kitchen is also stocked nicely. It is a very short walk to the beach with a beautiful shore line. The house is one row back but the deck faces where you can see the sunrise and peak at the beach.
