We really enjoyed our stay. The home was well furnished and clean. It was well stocked with all the little things we needed during our stay. It was very roomy for our family of six. It is set in a beautiful location, close to parks for exploring the red rocks of Southern Utah. We would definitely return.

Great getaway

Took my parents for a long weekend trip and the place was perfect. The condo was spotless, stocked with everything we needed, and in a beautiful location. We enjoyed the pool and golfed. Would stay here again.

Incredible stay at the Ledges

This townhome was incredible! It had comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and great floor plan for me and my family. It was very clean and check in was efficient. Thank you, we will look to come back here again in the future.

Not what I paid for!

1. Disappointed in heating and cleaning of pool. First day I got in the water there were clouds of bees, beetles, flies floating everywhere. Could not swim because of this. Attention had not been paid to the netting of the pool for some time. 2. There were numerous issues starting with being poorly cleaned windows and floors, broken blinds, broken dishwasher, inadequate cleaning tools. 3. Unit Needed better maintenance overall with attention to detail. 4.The staff was excellent, especially Jacob, who was cheerful and always was prompt and tried to be helpful and cheerful. I would never consider The Ledges either for rental again!

Great upscale place 12 minutes outside of Main St George area

Our stay was overall successful. The place was nice and modernly furnished. It was clean upon first appearance. The kitchen was stocked with most items needed for cooking but lacked a simple ice cream scoop. The furniture did not look worn, and most looked new. I suggest changing out the second bedroom metal nightstands as they don’t function well and you can’t even pull the drawers out. Bad design and should be replaced. 2 of the 3 beds seemed comfortable to sleep on. The full-size bed in the 3rd bedroom needs a replacement. My husband and I slid toward the center and our backs felt sore in the mornings. When I checked the mattress there wasn’t even a mattress protector on it. Adding one prevents many hygiene issues and gives renters a peace of mind as well. One warning is to bring your own TP. The provided TP was harsh and one ply and your bums will go away angry with you. The pickle ball courts were a one-minute walk away. While paddles are provided bring your own if you want better ones. The overall cleanliness was a general 5-star rating but we marked it down one start for the gross shower floors. They were covered with an orange substance. Scrapping with my fingernail confirmed it was not the natural floor color. A simple Ryobi power scrubber will knock all of that out right away and get those shower floors looking MUCH better. The other things that gave it a 4 star were popcorn seeds on the living room floor from a previous guest, and some trash left outside on the de

We love the Ledges

We loved staying at the Ledges. We wanted to stay an extra night and they were prompt getting back to me and making that accommodation work out for us! Excellent location to the pool. The appliances were on the cheap end and that was our main compliant.

Ledges

The overall area is beautiful, the club house and view from there is also beautiful. I felt mislead about this particular unit since the photo made it appear that there was an unobstructed view of the surrounding area. There was an elevated road directly behind the unit with only a small area that was unobstructed. When looking to rent here, I would be careful to ask how close the unit is to the road

Perfect Vacation

Wonderful Location, Unit and Amenities

Had a girls weekend visit and just absolutely loved the unit, the pool and the location. Close enough to everything without being in the middle of town.

The Ledges

This property was very clean. Neighborhood was quiet. The place was well stocked. Located very close to Snow Canyon State Park which is beautiful. We would definitely stay at this property again when we return to SW Utah.

Wonderful Time

We love this place. We have stayed at the ledges before and every time has been great. We love the pool. The location is a little ways away from St. George, but that gives it the quiet relaxing vibe that we love.

Nice place to stay

The property was roomy and well stocked with essential items. Our group was very comfortable. Only negative was the condition of a couple of area rugs. One in living room could be cleaned. One on patio needed to be replaced.

Great golfers venue

Great location. Beautiful condo with 4 bedrooms so we were all comfortable with TVs in our own rooms. Management was just awesome.

Unexpected costs

Good stay But was surprised together additional costs such as resorts fee etc had to pay after booking. As well booked on a Canadian site but had to pay additional fee in American dollars. These amounts should of been specified initially than after the fact
