Overall the stay was fine. There were some things that needs some care. The fridge or other kitchen outlets did not work on arrival. We did figure out the breaker needed a reset so they worked fine after that. The drain in the master bath sink is clogged. The remote to the downstairs tv is horrible. We changed the batteries and this did not help and we battled it all weekend, often freezing up and not working at all.

Great New Year's Trip!

We rented this property for a family gathering. We were coming from SLC and our adult children and partners were from San Diego and Boston. This property was fantastic! Lots of seating in the living room, a great table for eating, puzzles and games, the best equipped kitchen I have ever rented. Everything we wanted was there, as far as utensils, bowls, plates, etc. Beds were very comfortable (very important!). Overall, just like in the pictures. The Ledges itself is a little far from stores but I'd stayed there on golfing weekends and its just what we wanted-just a drive for supplies.We would definitely return and rent this place!

quiet respite

The location is a few miles outside of town which was perfect for us. We also loved being so close to Snow Canyon State Park. The condo was clean and comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen had the basics.

We loved it!

We had an amazing time! The hosts were very helpful with their instructions, but weren’t too needy. The home was clean and accurately described. It was in a beautiful location. The community pool was very nice. We will check this rental first next time we return to St George to see if it is available! Highly Recommend :)

This new, comfortable, spacious rental was a great vacation for our family!

The rental was new, clean and spacious with plenty of room for my family and guests. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook, clean, and store things while we were there. We had a great time using the pool and hot tub and sitting out on the upstairs balcony. There are large TVs in every room all with Roku access. We would stay here again. It is a nice private location a few miles outside of town and being in the vacation community feels clean and well kept.

It was so easy to rent Did not know we would be affected by the iron man we were in st George to play baseball most of our games were in mesquite I wish the property had been in the town of st george

A great place

You know how pictures have a way of making spaces look larger than they really are? I've experienced that over and over with online listings. The thing that struck me most about this property when we arrived is how spacious it really is. It fit our family of 7 nicely, with plenty of room to all be in the same space without being on top of each other and also plenty of space overall for us each to have our own hideouts too :) The house and neighborhood were immaculate. The neighborhood is quiet, but still full of people out enjoying the area. We saw shows at Tuacahn, hiked in Snow Canyon, and off-roaded near Sand Hollow Reservoir. We never had any reason to communicate with the managers, but received texts at key times to let us know they were there if we needed anything. A great property for any St. George area activity!

Great place

We have no complaints. Everything worked. It was spacious for 4 adults and 2 kids. The pantry had the basics. I would come back.

Beautiful location

This condo had a great layout, reasonable privacy, and a fantastic location. We really really enjoyed our stay. The decor is nice. The house was stocked with everything you need down to envelopes, coloring pages, books, and dog poo bags. There was propane for the fire pit. We loved the two beds in one room. If you want to get away without being too remote this is a great place.

Family Vacation

Great place- family and pet friendly

Easy. Needed a space close to Ivins and pet friendly. Best of both worlds - Seems remote but market/shopping is around 10 min drive. Also, we appreciated all the amenities/supplies provided —better than expected — great food at the restaurant/snack bar too. Will definitely book again when traveling with our kids/ grandkids.

Amazing property just outside of St. George

Our family of 6 really enjoyed this property while visiting Zion and Bryce. Very new and clean. The space was amazing. Lots of extras to make a perfect stay. Loved the pools too!
