Spacious and Beautiful Private Room located only 30 minutes from Zion!

We are located in the quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood of Toquerville. We are less than 25 miles from Zion National Park, and St. George. We are just minutes away from Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek Reservoir, Red Cliffs Conservation area, and I-15. There's lots of opportunities for hiking, biking, and OHV trails. In additions to the numerous activities, we believe that our neighborhood atmosphere is a rare find. We hope you leave echoing the Toquerville City slogan: It's the People! The large master bedroom has a private entrance with a keypad lock, ample convenient parking, a comfortable queen bed, a leather hide-a-bed sofa, a 60" T.V. with Netflix access, and a beautiful master bathroom with double sinks, a large shower, and a jet tub. The room will easily accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, or 4 adults if you want to brave the hide-a-bed :-). The room also offers a microwave, mini-fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. We offer a light breakfast of coffee (sugar and creamer provided), muffins, fruit, yogurt, and granola.

Great stay close to Zion

Great Stay

It was like I had my own wing of their beautiful home. It is a great location in a beautiful setting. The accommodations were clean, modern, comfy and quiet. Highly recommend for two people.

Great stay!

Beautiful property, just as described in listing. Huge bathroom which was awesome, and Cindy reached out before our visit with good instructions on where to park. Loved the treats for breakfast. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place with awesome host. Its a little far from the St. George area but its nice and quiet and that more then made up for the distance. Cindy was an awesome host and made sure the we had everything we needed while we where there. would definitely recommend and would stay here again if I'm ever back in the area.

This was a room set off from the home of the host. Very quiet, private. Nice breakfast food in refrigerator. Comfortable beds. Easy access to Zion National Park. Away from the crowds. We found a good Thai place for take out supper in the next town.

Such a cute lil place!

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Had everything I needed and a plus was the breakfast items. Nicely decorated and such a comfortable bed! Jacuzzi tub was delightful after a full day at Zion National Park! Quite neighborhood and when I’m back in the area, I will certainly stay again!

Extremely charming!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely wonderful! Cindy is so accommodating and friendly. Everything was so clean, the breakfast was great and the location is great! It’s in the center of Zion, St. George and Hurricane. I would definitely return if we ever visit this area again.

Wonderful place to stay for Zion!

The property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for driving to Zion and other parks. The provided breakfast was convenient when you wanted an early start to your day. Cindy was easy to communicate with, and her family was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place!!

Best Vrbo ever!

The hosts are so kind and attentive. The space is amazing. Very clean, all the comforts of home, private driveway and entrance. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Both entrances to Zion National Park are close. If we are ever back that way we’ll DEFINITELY be staying with them again.

This was the perfect place for our needs! Its located about 25-30 minutes from Zion NP. A great quiet neighborhood. Wonderful and prompt communication. Just fantastic.

Cindy was a fabulous hostess and, the rental was gorgeous. Her special touches of delicious muffins, yogurt, and fruit were special treats. The rental was absolutely gorgeous and only 30 mins. from Zion. I would highly recommend it to others.

Fantastic hosts and awesome rental!

This property was awesome! The hosts were so helpful and knowledgeable of the area, giving us advice for hiking, food and activities in the area. We were given muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc for breakfast daily. The property was very clean and spacious and convenient to many points of interest. Zion is only 25 minutes away, Kolab less than 30, Bryce Canyon 2 hours (with beautiful scenic drives all around.

Cindy was extremely helpful prior to booking and through the end of my stay. . The location was very convenient for a trip to Zion. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Amazing place

This felt so homey. Everything was so clean and welcoming. It was so spacious. It's only a half hour drive to Zion National Park which is why we stayed here. Cindy was a great host. She would leave us muffins, yogurt, and fruit for breakfast. Very responsive and welcoming. I would 100% stay here again without a doubt. I highly recommend!

Clean and Quite

My family and I had a great stay. The place is very clean, quite surroundings and has that welcoming feeling. Worth the drive from Zion National Park to this cozy place. Cindy is only a text or phone call away if you have questions. Almost forgot, having a continental breakfast helps start your day or snacks when you come home after a long hike. Thank you Cindy.

My favourite thing about this property was the energy of the space. ❤️ Everything was wonderful and available and the host, Cindy was incredibly attentive and friendly. The suite is spacious, tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a stay in the area. Parking is steps away from your entrance, so super convenient with luggage, etc. This is a rare find. I’ll definitely look for this property again when I come to visit the area again. There’s so much to see and do here.
