Given the age of this hotel, it was in better shape than expected. Given the price felt like I got my moneys worth. The sheets were clean. The beds were not uncomfortable. It was literally just a place to spend the night and it had decent hot water.

The air conditioning wasn’t the best at all so that just made my stay worse then it really was because of the heat! Other than that, it was good!

The low price of this "vintage motel" room was the best feature of the stay (but that didn't make it worth it). The non-smoking room smelled like a smoking room. People were smoking outside the door of their room right next to our room. The room wasn't clean by standards one would expect for a motel, etc. etc. The refrigerator was large and functional. The TV worked fine. But, this would be a "last resort" stay in the future (not a place to bring a family).

The room was fairly clean but the bedding and chairs were stained/damaged. The door did lock but did not seal well so there were decent gaps. The shower did not work at all, not even a drip, which was frustrating. The mini fridge in the room worked. We didn’t even try the continental breakfast. We will not be staying there again.

This was a perfect hole in the wall. A+ For budget friendly with breakfast and a pool/hot tub. Long term motel residents were super friendly and helpful.

Overall it was a great value. The breakfast was in the hotel next door. The breakfast was limited, but was still good. Staff were friendly, helpful but a little hard to understand with strong accents. There was a pool closed due to maintenance sign up but I had asked and was told we were good to swim. The fridge and a/c worked good. There was wifi available, but I didn't use it. Tv worked and lots of channels available. Had multiple USB plugs and charge ports on bedside table between the beds which was great. Bed was firm and pillow fluffy and soft. Wood looking tile floors. Shower water was hot and had good pressure. Overall it was clean, though the shower grout could be cleaner. I'd stay there again.

Don’t compare this place to a hotel or resort in Vegas. It gets the job done! Gives you somewhere to sleep, shower, use the toilet. The area has a lot of food and fuel places to choose from

Pros: The cleaning crew did a good job, except shampoo, conditioner, soap was not replaced in shower 2 days in a row. Manager shipped forgotten clothes back to me after I left a day early due to family emergency. Cons: Room 111, stay for 5 days Only 3 electrical outlets available. No outlets near beds or bathroom sink. Wood molding around shower was rotten, pieces missing, painted over. Shower has obviously been leaking. Dresser was old, nicked amd scratched. Secondary lock on door was missing 1/2 the parts, so it didn’t work. Refrigerator never worked even after notifying manager. Breakfast (continental) is at a hotel next door with a very unfriendly attendant. Shower needs cleaning and re-caulking. I wore flips flops in shower. Homeless person walking through parking lot. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.
