This condo includes access to 5 pools: indoor pool (heated year-round), water slide pool, lap/lounge pool, kids pool, waterfall pool, and pool with shallow end. This condo also includes: 4 hot tubs (heated year-round), exercise room, basketball, pickleball, and 3 playgrounds.

4 bed/3 bath. Sleeps 14. Maximum Occupancy 14. Bed Configuration: master - King, guest 1 - King, guest 2 - 2 Queens, guest 3 - 4 Twin (2 bunk beds). We also provide a queen sized Aerobed (comfortable air mattress). 2nd level. 2245 sq feet. Pool view. Built 1984. The hot tub on back patio is not functional and not available for use.

The condo is BIG and would house a sizable family group. Kitchen was well stocked. Rooms were well thought out to sleep 12 in beds an airbed & crib. Its balcony faces south overlooking two big pools. It needs 2 chairs in the dining room, other than that, the place was great. We loved our stay & had a wonderful time!

Great place!

A great place to stay while we enjoyed all that St. George has to offer. The binder of local eats and ideas of things to do was really helpful! Wound stay again!

The condo overall was nice. On our second to last night we had water that started coming through the ceiling in the master bathroom. We instantly called management and they said they would have maintenance come out. Maintenance never came. I reached out again the next afternoon and never heard back on anything. We had to keep towels on the floor to catch the water. Maintenance never showed up. When we checked out the water was still leaking through the ceiling.Also, this condo description says it sleeps 14. We had 13 in our group but 2 of them were toddlers. When we went to go swimming at the clubhouse they told us they now only allow 12 in a group in and if you have above that you have to pay for the additional people to enter to swim. In our opinion if a condo says it can accommodate 14 people, then all 14 should be able to go swimming without paying an extra fee. We have come to Las Palmas for many years and have never had issues like this. We were very disappointed and not sure if we will be back.

The owners do a good job maintaining the unit. The condo is well stocked with dishes, cookware, and has plenty of towels for both inside and pool use. It would be nice if there was a little more setting inside for dining. There are only 8 seats, four at the table and four at the counter. The unit has a TV in every room, but only one of them was working properly for part of the time. During our stay we tried to reach out to the number provided, but even after multiple attempts throughout the week no help was provided.

Spacious for family fun!

We enjoy staying at Las Palmas for the variety of pools and amenities. The location can’t be beat to watch 4th of July fireworks off the bluff. The bedrooms spread throughout the condo made it feel very large. It has a nice big couch for people. It could use some additional seating just because there is room for a large number of people. Great kitchen table for meals and games. The kitchen had appliances needed to make meals at home. Washer and dryer were helpful with all of the pool trips. Would be nice to have some additional plugs and access to plugs in the double bed room. The outdoor space could be great with some additional attention. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay for such a large group in one condo. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice place to stay

This property was great for our short vacation in Saint George. The balcony has a view of the pool area with multiple pools and palm trees. The rooms are nice and spacious, the beds we used (king and queen beds) were very comfortable. The property was close to the activities we attended (Tuachan, miniture golf, escape room, restaurants, and grocery stores). The kitchen was well equipped allowing us to eat several of our meals there. We really enjoyed the pools (located just behind our building) and spent time there every day.

Very nice stay! Hot water was a little rough when we all needed to shower. Also, there was a faulty light in the kitchen that was driving us all nuts! It was flashing/flickering. Other than that, it was an awesome place. So nice to have lots of swimming and games right out the back! We would have loved if the hot tub would have been up and running,,, but oh well!

Comfortable beds!

The location is great, the accommodations were great, check in and out was so easy, and we had a wonderful time. We had a few issues and when we contacted them, they were attentive and helpful. It needs some attention in a couple of areas like the balcony flooring but overall, it’s a very nice place to stay.

Water pressure issues- Hot tub down

Overall we loved our stay. The place was nice, clean and family friendly. The water pressure was aweful in the showers: it was very hard to find hot and keep it hot. It may need an update there. We were sad the hot tub that was advertised on the listing was out of service and had been for awhile.
