Home as lovely as advertised

The pictures tell the story. Beautifully appointed condo in a very nice neighborhood. I love the location in Ivins near Tuacahn Ampitheater. Jacuzzi on the back patio was very nice and the community pool and spa were also clean and well kept up. Everything we needed was on site and the bicycles were a nice touch! Beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Family Getaway

This property is clean,beautiful and very family oriented. We all enjoyed our stay. It was easy to find and the staff was friendly and courteous. We definitely look forward to coming back.

Overall great place

I gave this condo a 4 because the items that renters are complaining about seem to be consistent and changes don’t seem to be being made. I feel that this place could easily be a five star if the overall cleanliness was better, the kitchen utensils and cookware were upgraded and the patio and windows were part of the cleaning process. Other than that, the space is comfortable, in a great location and the property management people were responsive and friendly.

Great property

Clean and spacious. Looks just like pictures on listing. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of extras in the garage for families. Patio back to open space and is very private. We used the hot tub every day. Would stay here again.

Red Mountain View

If you enjoy taking long walks or riding bikes on natural terrain or paved pathways within minutes of your bedroom, this location is for you. If you like townhomes with 10 foot ceilings, 18 step stairway, large bathroom in each bedroom, large downstairs area with open floor plan and a patio area with grill, fire pit and hot tub, this unit is for you. The location and foot print of this rental is very good for getting around the St George area. We had three couples with a range of ages from 65 to 80 and we had a great time in and around the rental. The Master Bedroom Suite is the center piece with a large bathroom, walk-in closet and small outside porch. The other two bedrooms are smaller but have full sized bathrooms but no drawers for storage. Upon arrival, we did have some minor issues such as water downed soap dispensers, stains on towels, dirty floor mats, dried food stuck on cooking utensils, grilling tools left under the gas grill and covered in drippings, red dust covered the patio (soon found out this is unavoidable) and the sheets were very thin and didn’t fit properly. To make this a 5 star review, contents need upgrading and closer attention to details. We fixed a few of the issues and had a wonderful stay and even learned how to operate the “smart” tv! The rental process was seamless and communication with the property management was excellent. Our rental was from March 3 to March 31, 2024. Hated to leave for snow and cold back home!

Enjoyed our stay!

Overall the property was beautiful and clean. Our only issues were the code sent in the email for check in was incorrect, so we had to call so we could get into the property. Also, the code the was on the door for check out was different than the code we received in the check out email. Also, it says there is a twin bed in the room with the queen bed. It’s basically a barely-twin fold out futon type piece of furniture. This caused us to have rearrange where people would sleep, and it wasn’t ideal… but overall, it’s a great place to stay! Just a couple inconveniences.

Fun getaway

We just returned home from our stay at Ocotillo and it was a great time. The house was just as advertised and had plenty of space for my family. The place was very clean other than the patios which could use a little help. There were plenty of amenities in the house to keep our kids occupied and we didn’t feel like we were missing out on any items. The pool is great, it does get busy but that’s to be expected. It was disappointing that the splash pad area wasn’t turned on, our kids would have loved that and was one of the reasons we chose this place over others. Overall a great stay though.

Great Mini Vacay

It was fully stocked with lots of necessities. Great location, super fun condo- with a great view and hot tub. I wish that when we checked in, we didn’t have to clean the kitchen/dining room floors. There was food stuck on the floor- which can be easily missed- but still gross. Overall super fun.

Great property in great location!

Our family had a great time here! The townhome was immaculate, the kids enjoyed the bunk beds, pool and pickleball courts. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and loved the location so close to Tuacahn and Snow Canyon State park. Would definitely stay here again!
