Complex was quiet, the grounds well kept during our late September stay. The condo clean and well appointed, a quiet dinner on the patio highlighted by a thunder and lightning storm. We hope to return and further explore this fascinating region.

Fantastic place with great amenities. Huge kitchen, bbq, pool, hot tub. The only minor complaint was the wifi could be improved as it cut in and out on a regular basis. The property management company was extremely responsive, often getting back to texts in under a minute.Would highly recommend.

The view was spectacular and everything was great. The one large frying pan could not be used because it was so scratched up. Everything was just great. The beds were wonderful and showers were nice. The rug in the kitchen sink was to easy to trip is so we moved out of the way. Not tryin to criticize just for information.

Perfect spot for us to use as a base to enjoy golf, Zion, and Bryce Canyon National Parks! Also, we loved The Painted Pony Restaurant. The full rainbow after a shower and awesome sunrises were a bonus!

Things we liked:- very affordable condo for how spacious it was. Three big rooms and big bathrooms. - outdoor patio was nice. Good views and the complex was very pretty with nice walking pathThings we didn’t like:- outdated furnishes- uncomfortable beds- kitchen had literally nothing it. All these cabinets but all empty. St.George area is really great.

The condo was nice and roomy for our family of four. Our boys enjoyed having their own bedroom and bathroom. My only complaint is the carpet was dirty. The kitchen sink and coffee maker were not clean. I had to wash the coffee maker before using. The location of the condo was convenient to all of the parks that we wanted to visit, grocery stores, and restaurants.

A few disappointments

3 King bedrooms great. Sofa sat so low to floor very difficult to get up. Fridge freezer is broken, spoiled some food. Called a guy in Wisconsin to report, no one showed up. Silverstone pans all scratched. 2 kitchen towels, no dish rags, bathroom towels thin. Only 1 wash rag per person. Water slide broken.

Wouldn’t use St. George rentals again

The property was very well kept it was clean. The appliances left a lot to be desired. The icemaker didn’t work. The freezer didn’t work. The cooking appliances, pans, griddles, etc. left a lot to be desired. Most of them needed to be thrown away and replaced.

This units description "with a view" was very disappointing. We chose this unit based off of the pictures and that view but when we got there there were trees grown up and you couldn't see out over them. The condo itself was nice. Had a issue with the air mattress and they replaced it... which was awesome. What wasn't awesome was the fact that the fridge and freezer weren't working properly. They sent someone to look at it and they turned it up from 8 to 9 which we had already tried. We called and texted multiple times both of the customer service numbers with no additional response. We actually had food spoil. Our ice melted in the freezer. We got to the point that the bottom half of the freezer n fridge kinda worked. One day when we came home we had water all over the floor . It was leaking from the door on the freezer side. We called the emergency number again no response at all. We were there for 3 more days and never heard a word from anyone. So dissapointing from the customer service.

Great location, spacious rooms, quiet setting

We enjoyed a retreat with 5 adults (seniors). The rooms were perfect for our group. Large rooms, 3 bedrooms, with king beds. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and spacious. The location was at the perimeter of the resort so quiet and convenient.

Fridge problems

Overall the stay was great and property was perfect for us. However, when we arrived the fridge was not working. We didn’t notice this until a few hours later when some beverages we put in the fridge were still warm. There was a mini fridge in the kitchen, so we were able to use that, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time about the fridge situation, as we had to throw out a few things.

We needed help and it was quickly resolved

We had a very happy stay with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the facilities. We had one major issue with an appliance and we reached out for help and quickly it was resolved. We had all the amenities that we needed and then some. We would definitely book again.

It was a great place! I was nervous booking because we couldn’t see pictures of this condo. I was so happy with how beautiful it was. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was a perfect location right by the bouldering and bike riding we were going to. My only complaint was it is in a big resort and they only had one of their hot tubs opened. It was over packed every night.

Ideal for Hosting Gatherings

This was a very well laid out apartment for six and to entertain more with a well stocked kitchen. Nice heated lap pool and other recreation options. Good location. Great communication by management and staff.

A wonderful getaway

This place is accurate in its description and suited our needs wonderfully. Beautiful views, spacious. Well stocked kitchen, although it could use a large skillet. Having the barbecue is nice.

2nd time staying here!

We love the privacy of the back patio and the cleanliness of the property. It's nice to have 3 king beds all on the main floor - no stairs! We also like the 3 full bathrooms. Only drawback is the extremely tall tub/shower combo in the back bathroom. Grandparents can't step over it so we had to share walk-in shower. Be careful if you have elderly people staying in that back bedroom. The other 2 bathrooms (hall & master bath) have nice large walk-in showers only. Other than that, we'll be back next year.
