I like how the space was laid out

The way furniture and cabinetry was laid out made this unit feel spacious compared to others with the same footprint. Wish they had shower gel and lotion though.

Short stay in St. George

The property was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed for the meals we made there. The balcony off the bedroom has a nice view and overall the place was clean and comfortable. The complex is nice with plenty of walking paths and a nice pool area. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Christmas vacation

Great location. Older resort that could use some attention.The dish washer does not work, the microwave tray is too large thus the turntable doesn't go around. The mattres need replaced my back killed me lumps and soft . There is no light that come on when you enter the condo.The view off the closed in patio was enjoyable. Over all a location, nice layout, nice view just needs some TLC to make it better. ni. souBut the engrave.

Cute for a couple.

Finding the residence was not as difficult as I thought. The elevator sounds a little scary, but it is a nice option when you have luggage and groceries. Upon entry, I could not find a light switch to work. Had to use the flashlight on my phone to turn on the light 10 feet from the door. The fridge was a great size and there was plenty of dishsoap, dishwasher detergent, papertowel, TP, but the pans need to be replaced. The first morning our bacon stuck to the pan. It was difficult to cook so we ended up eating out more than cooking in. The shower was a little wierd as there was not a shower curtain. Water got on the floor and made a mess. There was a floor mat which was nice as the only place to hange the towels was above the toilet. The mattress needs to be replaced. Both my husband and I kept rolling in the middle. Sleeping on this for 10 days was not comfortable. The view on the balcony was as the picture showed. I did not get to use it as much as I hoped, but it is a beautiful view. There is a washer and dryer, but it is the smallest washing machine I have ever seen. All in all, I would stay again for the price and location.

Incredible

Could not have been better!!! Outstanding resort with plenty to do and our unit had a fabulous view! Near a lot of state and national parks!! The amenities were excellent and plentiful. Everyone at the resort that we spoke with was friendly and informative. Very welcoming place. We hope to get back to the area in the near future.

Great stay! Terrible pillows

Honestly, the location and amenities of the property are fantastic. We came to town for a baseball tournament. Our stay was great! Comfortable place to stay with nice upgrades. Bathroom was nice (although the shower was a little cold without a door). Kitchen was access able and well stocked. The blow up mattress was nice, and we used it for our 10 year old son to sleep on. Bedroom in the main bedroom was a little uncomfortable. And the pillows need some updating. They were not comfortable.

Great location and amenities

Quiet well equipped one br condo with a great clubhouse and multiple swimming pools. Easy to get anywhere in St George, close to parks and paths.

Las Palmas, unit 321

This is an older property and shows signs of use but we would not hesitate to book again. It is located close to everything we wanted to experience and we enjoyed the view from the enclosed balcony, especially the sunrise, sunset, and hot air balloons in the morning. Cons: we struggled to operate the dishwasher and clothes washer without any written instructions, the electrical receptacles in the kitchen area are extremely loose and could be a fire hazard, and the throw rugs need to be replaced as they are dirty and falling apart.

Perfect location

We went there to support our daughter and husband for the Iron Man. The location and amenities were perfect - very close from downtown St George and Snow Canyon State Park which is a must if you go to St-Georges.

Great place to start

Very nice place with kitchen and laundry that’s very useful. If you are wanting to use the kitchen there’s plenty of utensils etc but no spices and extras.

Happy stay

Overall it was great. Was glad that I had read previous comments and took extra hangers & a bath mat. The kitchen is well stocked---SO happy to see salt, pepper, coffee & the right size coffee filters there. Only complaint is the lighting. Some bulbs were out. Light switches that didn't turn on anything??? And the very dim lighting in the bedroom. If you are a young romantic couple maybe it would be like candle light. IF you are old and trying to see if the slacks you want to wear are black or navy it was not so great. The patio was lovely and cool in the evenings. Dishwasher did not work but no problem as I didn't mind hand washing. Really great to have a washer and dryer.

It’s all about the view

I was drawn right to the balcony overlooking the picturesque Green Valley as soon as I entered the unit. This spot became a favorite for me during my stay. The rest of the property was perfect for my little get away. If there was a negative I would say that the place could use a bit of a deep clean and the AC rattled constantly.
