The property was very easy to get to and extremely clean and ready for our stay. Plenty of towels and all the kitchenware that we needed. Also, the back patio is right at the pool, making it so easy to get out and enjoy.

Great place to stay

This property was great to stay at! It was well taken care of and the property manager got right back to me when we had questions! Our house was right outside the pool, which was perfect to keep an eye on the kids swimming!! The only thing I noticed with cleanliness was hair still on the floor behind the door in the bathroom!

The perfect villa + location

All of the pictures were completely accurate of how everything looked when we got to our place!! The location of being slightly out of the craziness in St George & also having the pickle ball courts & swimming pool literally right outside the back door was phenomenal! Loved that everyone had their own bed, bathroom & the closet space was incredible for all our stuff. It accommodated our family perfectly! 12/10 We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Visiting old haunts

It was mostly wonderful. The futons used for additional sleeping are not comfortable when doubling as couches. The location is good , it was nice having a hot tub so close. It was clean and had everything we needed

Fantastic location right next to pool and courts. Plenty of room for a large family.

Great property for families. Biking trails, golf, hiking, state parks, all close by yet it's out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Spacious apartment, well accommodated. I give it my highest rating

Great location right next to the pool, hot tub and pickeball court. Nice house. Quiet area. Minor issues: Dishes should not be used in microwave per instructions on dishes (The plate gets hotter than your food). Pickleball ball was broken and paddles were not in good shape. It was difficult to get the TVs working. Perhaps there could be instructions. Overall 4.8/5. Thanks

Great place and well decorated! Located right at the pool, but still had a nice quiet patio.

Amazing place and only complaint would be the low listing price and higher owner fees. All in all the end price was comparable to other units though.
