Had a wonderful stay.. sad to be leaving. Greg is very responsive and easy to work with. The unit is well equipped. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. Living area is large and enough seating for our group of 8. Very close to both family pools. Great place to stay!

Fantastic stay for the family

The location is great. The walk out patio is so convenient. The furnishings are excellent. Great for a large family. Host communicated very well. Very clean place. Kitchen well stocked. Couches were great for family gathering time. So fun to have the bikes and scooters. overall great stay.

Stayed for a quick weekend getaway. Had a great time with family. The pools were nice and you can tell the hosts were thoughtful in what they included for our use. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

Plenty of space to relax comfortably. My kids loved their rooms and easy access to swimming pools. They were excited about the bikes however some needed fixing. Kitchen had most of what we needed for cooking minus an ice maker and meat thermometer. Master bedroom was very nice, comfortable king size bed. Overall we had a very nice little family getaway.

Amazing get away!

Such a gorgeous condo. The beds and sofas are so welcoming after playing outdoors all day. We all slept so well and had a blast! There are basketball courts and many pools. My kids loved it and I loved a good nights sleep after 😁 Highly recommend!

Great family getaway

Great location, great condo that fit our large family of 9, great accommodations with the baby highchair and bed. Kids had a blast in all of the pools, especially the big one at the clubhouse. Centrally located for all the activities we wanted to do. Can't think of a single reason not to give this 5 stars!

St. George stay

Greg, the owner was wonderful to work with. His condo was super clean, updated and well equipped. It was an ideal set up for our group! Loved the amenities; pools, hot tubs, workout room and of course the most used by our group the play structures throughout. We would chose this place again!

Great for families and close to pool

Big and spacious. Great for families. Pool is right out back porch. Condo has most things you’ll need. It was missing cooking spray, salt shaker and laundry detergent when we stayed, but not a big deal as stores are near by. Rooms are big and we also enjoyed the bikes in the garage. Great condo for the price and we will definitely stay again!

excellent stay

Check-in was easy and the place was very clean with all the amenities as advertised. We enjoyed the pools included with this resort area along with the bikes that were available with this property. Plenty of sleeping areas, table seating, outdoor seating, and food preparation area for our little family reunion. When we did have a small issue after a power flicker during a huge rainstorm, the owner replied promptly to the issue. Had a great relaxing time! Thanks for helping us make some wonderful family memories.

Clean comfortable condo

Our family of four stayed here for three nights in February. The listing was accurate and owner communication was great, and well in advance of arrival. We were immediately impressed with how clean everything is throughout the ground floor condo- immaculate. Most everything has been updated and the family area seating was comfy, with a huge tv. Beds and pillows were also comfortable. The condo contained everything we needed to cook a few meals. Our kids enjoyed the community hot tub and pool. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay, Wonderful Property

Our stay was wonderful. With me I had my parents and family (wife, 5 kids). The property was large enough to accommodate all of us and there was plenty of room for us to enjoy without feeling like sardines. The property was clean and homey feeling. Plenty of counter space. The property manager communicated throughout the process without being overbearing and responded to my communication quickly. The checkout procedure was quick without being too much. Would recommend this property to anyone who has a large group/family.

Exceeded Expectations!

We were so thrilled with every part of this location, layout and ambiance of this home away from home. We had teen cousins who could not believe the size of the TV alone! The three bathrooms were so helpful and the size of the kitchen allowed for everyone to dine comfortably. The short walk to the playground, pool and clubhouse made it very easy for the younger children. And the bikes and scooters were just amazing. This will be our destination in the future. Thank you so much to our wonderful and friendly host!

Excellent gathering place

This was a wonderful spot for our family to convene for a sad occassion (funeral.) It was clean and had lots of room for everyone. I love that it was ground floor unit (for my aging mother), and had huge couches plus many extra (rather comfortable) chairs. After the services, my other family, staying in a nearby hotel were able to come (plenty of parking) and we just sat and shared lots of stories and memories of our sister. We all brought our own lunch and the kids played outside on the playground just behind and to the side of the unit. There is also a hot tub there, which they enjoyed, along with awesome pool towels. Super easy check in and check out processes. Beautiful place, convenient location. Helpful hosts. Lots of bathrooms. A few games and many extra little thoughtful things provided, like some throw blankets and even an umbrella! Desk in the master bedroom. We didn't use the patio as it was too cold outside for us but it's another great spot to spread out. Labeled and organized kitchen. Tons of kitchen appliances provided. We only used the toaster and the griddle during this stay but would have used more if we had stayed a week. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice, dark curtains for the morning we wanted to sleep in. Even bikes and scooters provided! Terrific VRBO experience for our needs.
