Located just a short walk from the stunning resort Lagoon, beaches, and snack shack, this 4 bed, 4.5 bath home is missing just one thing – you! Enjoy the gorgeous Southern Utah sunsets from the balcony, featuring a private hot tub with privacy curtains, an outdoor TV, and a fire table! Get your game face on with the Xbox 360 or Nintendo Wii, and then follow it up with a ping pong tournament in the garage! With a kayak, 2 paddleboards, and 9 beach chairs, your beach day will be memorable and fun! Your whole group can relax back at the house with a smart TV in each room!

Pet-Friendly: Bring your loveable pets with you! This property is dog-friendly and accommodates a maximum of 2 dogs. An additional pet fee is automatically added to each reservation. If you want to book this property but are not bringing a pet, please give Red Rock a call after booking and we can remove that charge for you.

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Deck on top of the Promenade Building on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon.
