This new, breathtaking home has everything needed for an unforgettable vacation! There are two living spaces, an upstairs patio with a sleek fire table, a private hot tub, and outdoor furniture to relax and soak up the St. George sun or starry evenings! The garage is designed as a fun game room with Pop-A-Shot basketball, air hockey table, corn hole, and more for fun and entertainment.

This spacious home includes comfy sofas, chairs, and flat-screen TVs! The dining room table is large and can seat up to 10 easily with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has all you need to prepare and serve your family's favorite meals. There is an electric Traeger grill on the deck for great cooking options!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon.
