The breakfast was minimal. Some toast, waffles and two cookies. Fridge and microwave were clean. Bathroom is very small but was clean. Bathroom door needs an alignment to close properly.

The best thing about our state, was the very clean bed. The light didn't work in our room, the toilet barely flushed, and there was a dodgy white stain on the wood floor. Unfortunately the breakfast consisted of a loaf of bread a waffle and a pancake machine with nothing else I'm unsure if the coffee was fresh but it seemed like it was and the juice was good.

Bathroom had mold growing. I do not recommend anyone with has respiratory medical or kids stay here. The moldy smell was horrible. Turning on the bathroom sink you can smell a bad oder. Bed sheets was clean but had holes. All the chairs were dirty.

Convenient location. Property needs attention. Exit at the end of hallway does NOT lock offering total access to the property. Toilet whistles when flushed. Bed uncomfortable (very thin mattress). Breakfast lack protein.

A pigsty. First room had wet dog urine in the carpet and smelled hideous. They were nice at the desk and switched rooms to a non carpeted floor. Didn't smell too bad, but floor was sticky and not clean.

We arrived to find our room had been given to someone else with the same initials as mine. Front desk was very sorry and helpful giving us a room that would be “much better” than the one we would have had….it was not good. Bathroom door had a hole punched in it Bedspread had cigarette burns in it Bath towels were stained Floor was sticky Something was on bedside table Stains on bed sham BUT the ac was cold

The bed was comfortable and the location is great. Close to restaurants and shopping. The building needs to be updates. They need new carpet and bed spreads badly. Fine for one night business stay.

I will say for how cheap it is to stay there for just a night. I can't really complain, only thing is some lights weren't working or the bulbs were burnt out in my room and one of the beds frames was definitely more flimsy and some stains on the bed. Bathroom was super clean though and the layout of the building is very simplistic. I would stay here again if I needed just to crash for the night

As a whole, the property is rundown and dated. As for the room itself, it was dated but clean and nicer than the rest of the property. Didn't deal with staff at all. Too expensive for what it was but then again it was on the cheap end of St. Cloud as a whole. Don't know what else was going on in town that weekend but there's no reason for a dump like St. Cloud to be averaging over 150 a night.

The property is clearly in the state being remodeled, which is a good thing. The manager working when I arrived was very helpful and kind; she was very attentive to our needs and wanted to make our stay positive. Once she’s done with the remodel, it will be a very nice establishment while she’s in charge.

There was no breakfast. The air conditioner was set to freeze. The chair in the room had a large cut in it. The carpet through out the whole place was dirty and worn out. Was a dive hotel.
