Toilet did not flush.

Immediately after checking into our room, we realized that the toilet was not flushing and called the front desk. An employee did come up and try to resolve the issue, but was not successful.. We left the hotel to attend a concert and we were told that the toilet would be fixed while we were gone. Upon return, we found it was not. We were staying on the third floor and had to walk down to use the bathroom in the lobby entrance for the rest of our stay very inconvenient. I brought it to the attention of the front desk they offered no resolve. I talked to the front desk again in the morning and again no resolve.

Everything was really clean, bright and open. Our room was really quiet and the ac kicked out really cold air. We saw a concert at the Ledge which was about a mile away. The bar/restaurant next door had great food and service too. Everyone was really friendly and helpful.

I didn't stay at this hotel. I didn't receive emails for my reservation, so I had to make reservations at another hotel. I wish I could request a refund, but I know that doesn't usually happen. Trust me, I would have rather stayed at your hotel.

The room I was in was very noisy. Anyone who walked by sounded like they were in my room and the elevator echoed. I could hear the conversation from the room next to me as if I were sitting next to them and unfortunately they stay up a lot late than me. This is very different than past experience. I chose to stay here again because it’s always been very quiet. This is my first time on the first floor

New but Terrible Silence

For this location being a new hotel, I was surprised to find out the terrible structure of the property. They floors are plywood and not concrete and you WILL hear EVERY person walking on the floor above you. I called down and asked Walter to call up to the person above me, which he graciously did. The person above me responded with a loud THUD on the floor to retaliate. So in order for me to not go to jail from throttling the dude, I went down and got a new room. So, thank you to Walter for that. The new room, I could hear every word verbatim from the TV in the room next to me. The joining rooms have TERRIBLE audio silencing. So, be prepared for a horrendous night of sleep at this site

Very helpful staff, wonderful restaurant on-site, emasculate beautiful rooms, and a gorgeous lobby area. This is my favorite hotel in the St. Cloud / Waite Park area by far. Easy parking, safe, and quiet.
