Rustic Campground Cabin

Enjoy the simple charms of this rustic one-bedroom campground cabin that has a nearby bathhouse for showers and toilets and is equipped with a quaint kitchen that provides coffee and cooking oils and herbs.

A brand-new full-sized mattress with freshly washed bedding awaits and will provide you with a comfortable night of sleep.

In addition, two new futons in the living room provide pull-out beds and more room for two more sleepers.

Freshly washed bath towels, beach towels, fluffy pillows, and bathroom amenities are also provided!

This rustic cabin is nestled within Hidden Acres RV Park (formally known as Twilight Acres Resort) and it will be a quiet lakeside getaway for anyone who comes to stay.

Please know that this cabin is only open from May to October, as it is not winterized. We do provide a new window air conditioner for the warm summer months, and portable heaters for the cooler days in the spring and fall.

This cabin provides cold water only, a new toaster oven with air fryer and double countertop hot plate for cooking. Also, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and clean bedding, but not an inside bathroom. A bathhouse with warm showers and toilets is located a short walking distance away and a gas and charcoal grill are both provided for outside grilling right outside the front door.

Hungry? Just walk to the Hidden Acres RV Park Restaurant and Bar that is open from Thursday to Sunday. We would love to see you there. It's a fun place to meet up with the other campers and local residents. Daily hours are 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The best part of staying in this little campground "cottage" is that you will get to enjoy nature and a small campground community. Most importantly, you’ll be right near Big Lake and all of its fantastic fishing, swimming, and boating options! So, bring your own boat and fishing poles or rent one of ours and plan to have a fun and relaxing time on Big Lake in Richmond, Minnesota.
