「We got engaged in Boscastle at the start of July and so this hotel will always be special, but it’s special regardless. Beautiful building, exceptional food, lovely pub atmosphere, helpful staff. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade and the room was beautiful - huge bed, lovely en suite and high-beamed ceilings. The breakfast is included and it’s exceptional - best scrambled eggs I’ve had in years. Couldn’t rate more highly!」
「I wanted to check in fast and visit an important attraction before they closed. The reception lady indicated that by law she had to check us in right away and show us the room. I asked if I could leave my bags in the lobby and check in after and she said, "If I did that she could not grantee she could check us in." because she would be too busy. I was thinking that she had no choice in the matter to do so and if I had arrived at 8pm she would have to check me in if she liked it or not. ??」
「It was amazing to see the sea view but if there is hair dryer and water , fridge was in the room might be helpful also it was hot day so additiona fan will be nice .. 」
「Stunning grounds and setting, excellent food and presentation, simply the best service from staff who went above and beyond. Only downside was I couldn't pay by Amex, the first hotel I've stayed in that doesn't accept it.」
