"Retreat 69 was absolutely lovely. The caravan is well equipped with everything you need and comfortable and spacious. The hot tub is an added luxury and the fire pit and lights make it really special. Rebecca was a great host with excellent communication replying to messages quickly and answering all our questions. We didn't use other site facilities but it is a great place with lots there. Porth is just a short distance with a great beach. Overall it's just awesome."

"Lovely harbour view room. Modem, very clean with comfortable beds. When we first checked in, they're was a sewage smell inthe bathroom but this cleared! Staff were very friendly and thought the breakfast on both days was excellent. "

From reception to bar and dining room staff, everything was just as I expected from a hotel of this standard. High standard of cleanliness of the room, good facilities, with a very comfortable bed. "Leaving aside the novelty value, this is an excellent hotel. Superbly appointed room with excellent bathroom and everything works perfectly: near-silent but efficient climate control, faultless WiFi connectivity and TV casting. The restaurant is a treat, creative and beautifully presented menu choices and fabulous breakfast choices. Most of all the staff made the visit special; attentive, warm, courteous and helpful. Superb, thank you. "

"Communal areas in the hotel were stylish, comfortable and immaculately kept. Staff are an asset, absolutely every single one of them appeared to want to be there and make your stay as special as possible. Breakfast was lovely, great choice, local produce and all freshly prepared. We stayed in a "Cosy Double" - room 10 - we knew it would be small (and it really was) so I can't really complain about that but I have to say it wasn't very well kept. There was a horrid smell of bleach which didn't really go the whole 2 nights we were there and the furnishings felt tired and grubby - the carpet was stained and the vanity chair was so stained we actually removed it from the room. This said, we would 100% stay at the hotel again, but would choose a different room."
