"The location of this property is just amazing. You are in very close walking distance to both the beach (which the beach location is amazing and there is a sandbar to walk out to) and to Siesta Key Village loaded with restaurants and other conveniences. The room was decent. All that one really needs to have on a beach trip however the cleanliness was just ok. I realized this after I accidentally kicked one of my shoes under the bed and I found a pacifier.... clearly, I didn't have children with me on this trip. I also found a bottle of used water under the bed. I accidentally spilled some coffee on the bed sheets, so I took them off and the mattress cover had a lot of unknown hair on it. They should really use a lint brush to clean it off before the next guests arrive and replace it if it's bad. But I am a world traveler, and I know that it can't always be perfect, so I am more obliged to outweigh the positives versus negatives. I can say that the facilities such as the pools and the free bikes were great to use. The pools were nice and clean but the hot tub needed some attendance when we went so I didn't go in. Aside from that, I would recommend this place to anyone. Again, the location is amazing. The clientele was also great. There were no problems with the obnoxiousness that one can experience on spring break in Florida! So, I hope you find this review insightful and we will be back again! "

"Parking was very tricky, but worked out fine. It’s a lovely well care for resort resort. Don’t have a single complaint about it… The pool area was a gorgeous jungle and the beach was beautiful and the room was excellent."

"Corner room terrible loud and staff were trying to work as we were trying to enter our room blocked by kitchen Waiter forgot to put our order in waited forever and never got our food or appetizer then it made my husband sick would not eat at the restaurant there "

"Everything was great! Condo is modern & clean. Rene is a fantastic host, easy communication. Condo has EVERYTHING you need for a stay. Beach coolers, wagon, chairs & umbrella. Kitchen is fully stocked, no need to buy a week’s worth of salt/pepper/garlic! 2 minute walk to beach, 1 minute walk to pool. "

"Communication with Rita was great! Our flight was delayed but Rita stayed up late to ensure that we got into the condo okay. We had everything we needed on site, and more! The condo was really well equipped, and obviously updated, and the grounds of the kind of community were really nice. It was only about a 7 minute walk to the beach! My only request for Rita would be provide a more detailed list about amenities on the property listing – I was trying to plan ahead and bought or brought some items that I ultimately didn't need because you had provided, but I didn't know with enough lead time, such as a beach umbrella and beach towels. Maybe this can be shared with renters at the time of booking."
