I had great communication prior to booking with owner and shared the purpose of the trip, travel plans and guest names.
It was critical to have a smooth check in process and stay for only 2 nights stay during the week. We were NOT there for golf. We just needed a calm place to sleep and rest to recover from 1500 miles trip.
Unfortunately, the gate guard did not have my name on the guest list upon arriving. I contacted the owner via messenger and it took hours to return my message. It was not until past 10pm that he replied assuring my name was on the list and providing a phone number that read like xxx-xxx xx
Guest had already made other arrangements due to host late response.
Checking process needs to be smoother and phone number be provided via text as guest provide cell number. Also, responsiveness is critical. Guest should have no restrictions to access property after 4pm and allowing access after 10 Pm is unacceptable.
Instructions are very cumbersome and can be improved easily. Fortunately, I enjoy escape rooms games.
Unless this is resolved, I would encourage to stay away.
