The property worked out great for us as we brought our boat and the dedicated docking was a necessity! Property manager was great at helping arrange the trip. He also was quick to resolve minor issues or questions we had in checking in.
My husband and I enjoyed family meals and fishing off the boat docks, watching the birds hunt, had many owl, turtle and dolphin sightings. It was nice to be close to down town but not directly in the thick of traffic. The host was easy to communicate with and responded promptly. Beautiful views morning day and night.
This place is a gem. Our kids loved being right on the water- they saw 2 sea turtles off the dock on the first day! It’s a great location, close to all the historic sites and everything we needed. The pool is a great spot to cool off after a long day of sightseeing. Host was so nice, very thorough and attentive to our needs. Great value! Great location! Great place to land for our Sr.Augustine adventures!
We fell in love with this place from the moment we walked in. We loved the porches off the back doors. It was the perfect size for our family and close to everything. The owner was very communicative. Answered right away when we needed something. This place gets a 10/10 from us. Hands down our best vacation we’ve had.
Location was a 20 minute walk from downtown St. Augustine and a 10 minute walk to restaurants/venues with live music, which was great. Price was very fair for the condition/size/location of the condo. Inclusion of kayaks and bikes and lovely pool area were reasons we chose this rental. Condo was clean (except for grill, which seemed long-neglected). View from balcony and patio were disappointing--lots of chainlink fencing--not as pictured in listing.I don't want to run through the laundry list of issues for which we had to communicate with the manager (most inconvenient: leaking kayak which per neighbor "filled up with water when the last guest tried to use it," bike locks were missing, MBR tub clogged, construction materials and workers all around the pool area and in the designated parking space). Communication with owner--yes, he was very responsive--but the bottom line is that there were too many issues that would have not happened if the owner was local or if he employed a property manager to inspect the property between bookings. Example: The owner told us the day we were to arrive that he "just found out" about the unusable kayak and asked us to purchase another (he did reimburse us and gave us 100 for our trouble) and also asked us to dispose of the damaged kayak because he does not live in the area or have anyone to handle these issues. Lesson learned: ask before booking if owner/manager is local.
We had a great time, the location was perfect to get to the historic areas as well as the beach. The townhome was spotless and just what we needed. Being able to kayak right from the dock was a huge bonus too!

Property was very clean and seemed newly remodeled. Views of the river were great!
Everything was wonderful. Convenient walk or short drive to stores/restaurants and only a couple miles from all the tourist attractions. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
Mike was great! He has been one of the best people to rent from. The condo came with all the essentials. The view was top notch! We definitely recommend his condo for anyone visiting St. Augustine.
Mike was quick to respond to questions and the condo was very clean. The neighbors were all very friendly. The location was convenient to everything St Augustine offers. We would have preferred more light in the condo but that's us; we like a bright space. A few things could be updated but over all a good value for the price.
Everything was clean and neat when we arrived. Everything was just as Mike said it would be. Mike was quick to answer any questions we had.
We also loved the view from the balcony, and watching the fish jump and waiting for a glimpse of the the platypus.
Comfortable condo very near St. Augustine city center.
Mike was a wonderful host. Promptly answered any questions we had and immediately fixed whatever was needed. There are a lot of steps inside this condo. More than we were accustomed to but we were gone most days so we adjusted. Thanks again Mike!
Place was clean, functional, great view of water and saw dolphins, easy short trip to old city, beaches, stores, and nice neighbors. Amazing large live oak trees, almost as big as in Savannah. Bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, laundry area, all anyone could ask for. Owner, Mike got back to us in minutes about any questions we had. Had lovely weather. Left below zero weather in Maine behind us. Elizabeth
Great location, quiet, neighbors were friendly and helpful. Great walking out to the dock and fishing. Caught many catfish and some more desirable species. Used whole shrimp. Property has everything you would need, grocery store and many restaurants within walking distance. Close to historical district and other interesting places. Clean and comfortable. So much better than a hotel, will definitely book again if we visit Saint Augustine again.
Great location to visit Saint Augustine mayor sights. and restaurants . Supermarket across from the townhouse was very convenient. The place was clean, located in a quiet friendly neighborhood . The master bedroom was large with an excellent firm king size mattress. The kitchen had all the tools to make any meal. My wife and I had a wonderful week.

coveinent location
Nicely located near shopping and dinning that you can walk to. The condo is clean and comfortable with some very thoughtful touches. The community is friendly and helpful. We brought our boat and the docking was good. However there is no place for a trailer. Fortunately, there is a fenced in storage facility adjacent and the cost to store reasonable.

Manatee sighting at back pier, what a thrill
Unit was clean with all amenities needed/wanted. Close to all of St. Augutine's best attractions, our fav's historic town, beaches, state park nature trails, golf hall of fame, and everyone of restaurants we tried were fabulous, whether in the town , at the beach or the few we could walk to from our condo.
We enjoyed our stay and adventures. thank you Mike, Judy
