Absolutely PERFECT!!

This condo was absolutely perfect and exactly as it was described online. Upon arrival it was spotless and had any luxury and all the amenities one could need! Hoping to stay here again soon!

Nice location near the beach. Would have loved to spend more time here, but unfortunately our vacation was cut short by hurricane Milton.

Great location, great condo

Great location, short walk to beach, restaurants. Short drive to downtown. Condo was clean, roomy, filled with everything needed for a beach vacation. Beds were comfy, bedrooms quiet and private, bathrooms were large in size and comfortable! Great walk in shower and tub in master. Kitchen had everything you. Could think of and laundry was big and roomy and worked well. All was clean and better than expected.

Great vacation condo

The condo was very nice and as pictured. Close to the beach and restaurants. It was clean and it was very nice to have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach wagon. We added to the chair collection as we needed 5 and they were only 3. Would stay here again

Beautifully decorated 1st floor condo! Walkable to beach across the street, pier, and local dining very close. Loved the condo’s kitchen and quiet screened in porch! Historic St. Augustine drivable within 20-mins and many other sites to see—trolley tour was fantastic! Communication well received via email from Property Mgmt — Thank you for a very memorable 2024 family vacation!!

Awesome Stay

This place was perfect for us. We’re an older couple who were looking for a quiet, well located, comfortable place to spend a few days. We explored the area for a few days and decided we would return in November for a longer stay!

Great main floor condo

Stayed here for one week with two kids under two. We really enjoyed this condo. It was comfortable, clean and quiet and had all the amenities that we needed. You have to walk across the street to get to the beach but it's not far and the beach is worth it. We really enjoyed staying here and we hope to stay here again!

Wonderful!

As described. Very clean, easy access, and beautiful property. Close walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay again! One disappointment was the pool was open only one day during our week.

All you need!

This condo was clean, nicely decorated, well-equipped and in a great location. It was all we needed for an enjoyable vacation. The address on the information which was sent to us was incorrect resulting in us having some difficulty figuring out where this unit was. We called the property manager, who was quick to respond, and he was able to direct us to the correct building.

Great vacation home

We love staying at seaside. We have stayed in quite a few different units there and this was one of our favorites. Great location to amazing restaurants and the beach. We rarely drove anywhere and just walked. We had a great time! We loved that the beach wagon and chairs were already there.

Very comfortable!

This place is beautifully decorated with everything you’ll ever need! When we were t at the beach, we were in that amazing screened in porch. The beds are comfortable and the condo is nicely updated. We loved our stay, but wasn’t long enough!

Wonderful Visit!

This condo is a first floor unit, very clean and beautifully decorated. Very short walk to the beach. Well stocked kitchen too. Community is centrally located close to many restaurants.

Perfect location to walk to beach and restaurants

We enjoyed our stay here so much that we are talking about when to come back! The condo has everything you need plus things you didn’t know you needed! It was clean, beds where comfortable, and amenities abound. Walking distance to several restaurants, the beach is not overcrowded and on the calmer side for little ones, and the pool is heated, or it felt that way! Even in the heat of July, we enjoyed every moment.

Great location and friendly neighborhood

This property was just across the street from the pier. Although we like driving on the beach because it’s much easier to transport all of our beach accessories. But definitely easy to walk to beach if you don’t want to drive on the beach. Some of our favorite restaurants are walking distance. Great communication from the manager. Condo was well stocked and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and beach toys. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing week at seaside

We had a nice pleasant relaxing stay at this unit. It was clean, well equipped, and in good shape. This unit has beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. It’s definitely within walking distance to the beach. The pool was nice and warm and clean. We would stay here again.

Great location and decent property

Overall the condo was updated and clean and the location is close to a lot of things. The beach is across the street and the pool was warm. For the price, you can’t go wrong. We thought it odd that no Kleenex box was supplied and only 1 garbage bag also. On the flip side, beach towels and chairs were supplied which was nice.

Excellent location . Walking distance to everything

When I first arrived I was confronted by a lady telling me that the handicapped parking spot thst I was in was promised to her. Mind you she lived in the complex had a garage #29. There was construction going on and I was told to park anywhere. I was told by her that her mother was 89 and needed that spot. So she would park her car in that spot to hold it for days Now I'm a paying customer, my husband is handicapped . I shouldn't have to explain myself to her.

Quiet, spacious, comfortable.

Great place to stay!

We all enjoyed our stay here very much. It is spacious, has everything you need, and is close to Historic St Augustine. Highly recommend this 3 bedroom condo for families or friends getting away for a long weekend.
