The Space:

Seas the Day is a gorgeous 3-bedroom oceanfront condo with direct access to the Atlantic shoreline. Located in the desirable Hibiscus Oceanfront Resort community, guests will enjoy beautifully maintained grounds creating a tropical paradise complete with 3 pools, one of which is heated, 2 jacuzzi spas, a fitness center, gas grills, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. All the beach gear you need for a day in the sun and on the sand is also included, with the seashore just a short walk away from your front door. If you’re venturing out for shopping, dining, or nightlife, exciting downtown St. Augustine is a 20-minute drive away. For larger groups or families travelling together, you can also choose to reserve the next-door unit of Ocean Hibiscus, sleeping a total of 16 guests when combined! Better still? Your fur babies are welcome to come along for the trip as well.



For further enjoyment of the outdoor atmosphere and to immerse yourself in the panoramic views of the ocean and community pool, head out to the home’s double balcony providing ample seating and dining options whether you’re taking in the breathtaking sunrise or enjoying a meal al fresco. When you need relief from the Florida heat, the air-conditioned indoors is waiting for you, beginning with the spacious living room. A plush U-shaped sofa and smart TV welcome to you take a load off while streaming your favorite shows. The open floor plan blends this space with the dining room, where a classic table and chairs set can seat 8 for formal meals and game nights alike. Steps away, 3 high-top bar stools line the kitchen counter, greatly suited for extended dining or for meal prep. The kitchen itself is well-equipped, inclusive of stainless steel appliances, a drip and Keurig combo coffee maker, bar with blender, and all the cookware and dining ware you could possibly need for whatever your culinary ambitions.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony access, Peloton bicycle, walk-in closet with exercise equipment, and ensuite bathroom with 2 vanities and a shower/jetted tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin-over full bunk beds and a smart TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles – 1 assigned space and 1 unassigned. Parking pass is required and will be included in unit upon check-in.

• This condo is a third-floor unit with no elevator available.

• Pet friendly! Maximum of 2 dogs. An additional flat Pet Fee of $100 will be included upon booking. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. If additional cleaning is required guests will be subject to an additional Cleaning Fee of $250.

• The unit is equipped with a complementary Peloton Bike. You must have your own Peloton account to use the bike. Guests can bring their Delta clip shoes or use the other side of the pedal for sneakers.



Seas the Day is ideally located with Butler Beach, Crescent Beach, Summer Haven, and the beautiful Palm Coast all minutes away. Just North you will find the Matanzas Inlet featuring calm, flat water that opens a variety of additional water activities. Also nearby are the popular attractions of Fort Matanzas, Washington Oaks Garden State Park, and Marineland Dolphin Adventures.



The city of St. Augustine’s unique scenery and history set this city apart from any other in the country. This old city has a quaint feel but boasts a big appeal.
