**The space**
This spacious home with an open layout is perfect for your next beach getaway to enjoy quality time with family and friends, explore St. Augustine, and soak up the Florida sun! Crescent Beach and Butler Beach are only a 3-minute drive with scenic views of Matanzas River along the way. Vacation

The online property post was not accurate at all. It said 4 bedrooms and there was only 3 bedrooms the host tried to count the living room as 1 bedroom. It wasn’t cleaned like it should be when we checked in. We booked rental for bike week. When we got the the neighbor said he rents out the garage they had 13 mattresses 2 sets of washer/dryers a bunch of tables and chairs and a few dressers we didn’t have room to park 3 bikes in garage. In the pics the garage was cleared out the only thing that was in the pics was air hockey table and a couch. I had to argue with the host until I was reimbursed some money.
