Love Crescent Sandpiper. It has always been a great vacation spot. Our condo was nicely equipped with all that we needed. Property management was quick to answer all questions and concerns.

Beach, history and fun in one place.

We enjoy everything while we were in Crescent Beach. The view from the apartment was beautiful, the beach is right there, and when you want to be part of the historical town you just drive 10 minutes or less. We would love to be back. Thanks. (Note: Saint Augustine parking is free on Sundays)

What an incredible view!

The view was absolutely incredible, and the proximity to the beach and the pool were second to none. We will definitely look to vacation here again!

Crescent Sandpiper #228

Premises are in dire need of repair/maintenance: dishwasher did not work; fridge is on its last legs; main bathroom light fixture needs replacing; NO GRAB BARS IN EITHER SHOWER (important from a liability view); plastic shower liner is ripped; clothes washer is leaking onto floor; and there is exposed wiring in the washer/dryer closet. Every other unit we've ever rented through you has been perfect, but we couldn't recommend this particular unit to others. On the positive side, the location, ocean view, and general grounds maintenance are excellent!

Awesome stay!

Very quite stay, loved our view and short walk to the white sandy beach. Had everything we needed. We saw lots of turtles in the dunes on our walk to the beach each day. The gas grills were very clean and convenient for a family like us that loves to grill! Met several guests that are repeats that come back year after year and stay for. Month or more at a time. My husband even caught several fish right off the beach!

Family getaway

Very clean and nice condo- exactly as described. Beautiful view and convenient getting to and from beach. We loved views from master bedroom. Only problem was vent leaking onto stairs and maintenance had AC guy out there quickly to correct problem. Would recommend more trash bags be provided since we are responsible for emptying trash when leaving. Plenty of dishes available for cooking . We enjoyed our getaway for the week and hope to come back again!

Convenient Condo

The condo is just as described and pictured. It was very nice to be fully stocked with towels. It also had sand toys and one beach chair. It's a quiet location-seemingly away from the crowds. I'd be happy to stay there again.
