The home is very nice. Clean ,comfortable, and we had everything we needed.
It is a short walk to the historic district which was really convenient as parking can be difficult in the town.
We would definitely stay here again.

This property was clean, relatively quiet, and a short walk to the historic district. The train tracks are nearby, but we only heard trains twice during our visit.
Every year around Christmas we book a place to stay and I have to say that this house was fantastic. It was a great location for walking to everything but yet still quiet in the evenings so sleeping was not a problem. The house was clean and we had plenty of towels, wash clothes, etc. We stayed in 1 afternoon and just played cards at the table and were very comfortable. We did have to turn on the heat and the house warmed up very quickly and was comfortable. I would recommend this rental as a place to stay while visiting historical St. Augustine.
We had a wonderful stay at this charming two-bedroom home in Historic St. Augustine. As a family of six, we found the house to be cozy yet spacious, providing ample room for everyone. The location is fantastic! We loved the short walk to downtown. The walk itself was filled with beautiful homes, landscaping, and trees, making it a memorable experience. The house was clean, cute, and well-maintained. Being close to all the major attractions like the Old Catholic Mission, Spanish Fort, Fountain of Youth, Sebastian's Winery, and of course the shops and restaurants were a huge plus. We highly recommend this historic home for anyone looking to explore St. Augustine
We absolutely loved this very clean and comfortable home. Everything was setup just perfect to make you instantly feel comfortable upon walking in; my wife didnt want to leave. It had Everything we could have possibly needed inside in case we forgot something down to body wash. It even had a nice book selection. We look forward to coming back soon.
Very clean, great location everything worked, and no bugs in house. Felt very safe.

We really enjoyed our week stay in this home. The only issue was that the living room furniture is quite warn out, so it’s not very comfortable. The kitchen was huge and had mostly everything I needed to cook. We loved how close it was to everything and the parking under the carport was nice also.
We stayed 6 weeks in this very cute and comfortable cottage only 3 blocks from Old Town St. Augustine. Our host was very responsive to all of our requests. We will return!!!
I stayed at this charming bungalow from just before Thanksgiving through New Year’s Day. The location is fantastic, a short walk to downtown StA and 10 minutes to amazing beaches. My yellow lab and I explored daily, I lost about 10 pounds! It got me through my first holidays since my husband passed away. Thanks to Linda!!
Very clean, comfortable, cozy home. This is an older, historic home, with many upgrades, but don't expect brand new. I was very plenty surprised that even though this home was older, the AC was cranking and kept the house very cool. Nice to come back to after a day out walking in the heat. It had everything we needed (and more) and I really enjoyed the old school charm. Walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Really close is Francis Field (we came into town for the 2 day Sing Out Loud Festival), the Whiskers Cat Cafe and the Wax Museum. There was much more to chose from, but our time was limited. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook any kind of meal there. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt safe. Parking in the back was a big plus. Very good communication with the actual owner and not a property manager, but there was still a local manager available if needed. Would recommend this property.
Would have given it 5 stars but from the time we arrived till we left there was an odor in the living area that never dissipated despite open windows and fans on. Rather like a 'wet dog'. Spent lots of time on the front porch.
Close to everything, walking distance to down town. Everything you need in house.
This is not a complaint the house has a slight dog smell. It is pet friendly so don’t complain. It was very clean but you can tell that pets are allowed.
Overall excellent stay. Only complaint was trying to get check in information and get ahold of owner before trip. Once we were in the house owner was responsive
Would book again.

A nice get away!!!
We were very happy with the house. The distance to town was a short walk so the neighborhood was very quiet, yet lots to do real close. I was very happy with the owner and how he handled the situations that arose. A great deal of the amenities were there, I thought I would have to buy things I may use one but really didn't. Outside of food much of it is provided. Also, the house was beautiful and very comfortable.
My family was very happy there and have recommended it to friends.
St. Augustine is one of our favorite places to visit and now we have a favorite place to stay! The house is located on a quiet street and easy to find. It is close to all the downtown attractions and we loved walking the half a mile to the downtown area admiring all the other houses and deciding which one we should buy.. lol.
The house itself is clean, cozy, beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possible need. The front porch is spacious and there is a carport in the back for your car.
I would definitely recommend this home and we are planning our next trip.

Very good location for walking to old st Augustine..property owner is a poor communicator, asked us to allow a plumber in to fix a leaky sink and never followed up .. animal poop on deck and in yard.. only usable closet was used for storage and not available for guest.. front door punch not working, no instructions on exit requirements or support items, ie TV service..furniture was below average except for dinning table it was good..
Booked this house in St Augustine for a 7 night stay and paid upon booking. There are 4 of us and our dog. Host never gave us access/door code to the house. When we arrived, we tried to contact the host via phone, the app, and messaging, all to no avail. After waiting about an hour to hear back I called VRBO. (Every call to vrbo customer service, for 3 days in a row, took an hour to 90 minutes to get answers)
After over an hour vrbo put us up in a hotel for the night and said the rebooking team would contact us the next day.
After not hearing anything from the vrbo rebooking team the next morning at 11am, I called them. (This was a 90+ minute phone call) The end result of this call was that the rebooking team would continue to work on it and that I would need to book something on my own for the next 3 nights, and was sent an email with the criteria of booking and how to submit receipts to vrbo to eventually be reimbursed.
I booked a 3 night hotel stay as I was very reluctant to book another vrbo. I never heard anything back from vrbo. By this point my current hotel was out of rooms for our final 3 nights of our stay, so I had to book another hotel for our final 3 nights. I was now out of pocket over $1600 for 6 nights of hotel stay plus my original vrbo for a week. Not to mention the extra $ for restaurants as we were eating at since there wasn’t a kitchen in our hotel rooms. Really bad experience
Loved our little Bungalow right near the old town, just a 10 minute stroll to the entrance of the old town, yet quiet and peaceful at night, we would definitely stay here again
