Great Stay at Beach Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this beach condo. As stated in the listing, it isn't beach front but the condo community is and the walk to the beach was enjoyable. The condo itself is a great place: we enjoyed the balcony and the visiting space as well as our bedrooms and bathrooms. No complaints. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful hosts and location

Unit was clean, cool and well stocked. Easy access to pools, beach, St Augustine and south. Beach the prettiest I’ve seen on East coast of Florida. Patty and John were super hosts. Very accessible to us before, during and after our vacation.

Perfect

The condo was perfect and as described. Very clean. Comfortable couches and beds. Kitchen is stocked with needed cooking essentials. Big water heater as we could all get showers in after the beach. Both pools were clean and I believe they are saltwater pools which was a bonus! The walk to the beach was not bad at all. On the days we spent several hours at the beach we drove our truck (has to be 4 wheel drive for $10/day) on the beach which made loading/unloading chairs/tent/supplies a breeze. The best sun tent to bring for the winds on the beach is the Shibumi shade. We loved the location of the condo as it was close to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and St. Augustine’s city. We absolutely loved the town.

Family vacation

The condo was super clean and nice plenty of space for all 6 of us. There was a little walk to the beach. Wish there was a service that provided chairs and umbrellas. Love that it was not crowded. Very low key.

Butler Beach Stay

We stayed at this loaction with family. The place was huge lots of space. Rooms were great! I do wish the kitchen was bit more stocked, we were only staying a few days so an extra trash bag or two would of been nice. If you are staying I would bring basic items such as laundry soap , trash bags etc. The walk to the beach is a bit of a hike, but we learned you can pay a fee and drive on if you have truck ...this is what we did day two. The beach is stunnig and if you can get yourself up to see the sunrise, it's AMAZING and beautiful.

Relaxing Vacation

We enjoyed our time at the condo with two families. Spacious and clean. We cooked three nights with all cooking supplies provided in the unit. We took our truck on the beach ($10/day). Which was easier to carry all the chairs/fishing gear/beach needs. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Family vacation

The property was wonderful. Very clean and plenty of apace for my family. There is a walk to the beach but it isnt a bad walk at all. I do suggest a wagon or small stroller if you have littles to makebthe walk easier, especially if you are carrying things like chairs or umbrellas. The host Patty was cery helpful and nice and answered all my questions and phone calls.

Beautiful retreat!

Villas was a great break from the chaos. Parking was easy (phew!), the views were great, the condo (304) was very well furnished and immaculately clean. We brought a large family and EVERYONE enjoyed themselves. Patty and Harry were fantastic! We look forward to coming back!

Labor Day Weekend

Took the family down for Labor Day weekend. Loved the condo it had plenty of room and VERY CLEAN!. The only thing if you have small children make sure you have wagon it is a pretty long walk to the beach. The pool closet to the condo wasn't as clean and nice as the pools you pass getting to the beach. Over all it was a great place to stay and I would rent again.

Lots of space, bright and convenient

This property was ideal for our family vacation. The property had everything we needed to make us comfortable. It was very clean upon arrival. Everything was in working order. Plenty of towels were there to use for bathing and going to the beach. I would hightly recommend this property to any family.

Wonderful!

The location was great! Plenty of space for our group of 6. The kitchen was well stocked. The landscaping around the property was beautiful ❤️ and we loved all pools. The beach was walkable and not too crowded! We rented a beach canopy from drifters and the delivered it right to our door. Having shade at the beach was fabulous! We loved our stay at this property! The property managers, Patty and Harry, are so accommodating and helpful!!

Condo was great.

Walk to the beach was a little confusing. Great location to restaurants and St. Augustine. Door lock was difficult to work with. Not an ocean view but a very nice condo. Very clean, everything you need for an enjoyable time. We would go back again now that we know how to find the beach. Haha

Great property and owner

Excellent host and property. Very comfortable condo. The walk to the beach isn’t short but once their it is worth it as it is not an over crowded area. The pool is half a stones throw from the condo.
