We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped, super clean and very conveniently located. The beach was easy to access and one of the pools in the complex was heated and very comfortable. We plan to return in the future.

Special Place

This is the second time that my wife and I have stayed at this property. It is well maintained and you get a view of the pool and ocean. This is a peaceful property and my wife and I plan to return again.

Cozy and Perfect Location

Such a relaxing trip with friends! Easy commute to downtown and super easy access to a beautiful beach! The zero entry pool was amazing. The house had everything you could possibly need and was incredibly clean. Definitely plan on returning with the kiddos!

Cozy, clean family getaway spot!

We loved our stay in Ocean Villas. Even staying during a rare flooding that semi-blocked beach access didn’t distract from this very clean, adorably decorated condo. Perfect for our family of four, it was a great location to enjoy STA beach and historic downtown. Very sweet residents and facilities management at the property. We enjoyed the quiet, cozy vibe. We’d love to return again soon!

Winter vacation

The location of this condo is great! The view of the ocean is beautiful and it is only a few minutes walk out the condo boardwalk to the beach. The owners even left a few beach chairs for us to use. There are many restaurants very near-by along with fun activities such as miniature golf. The 2 pools are perfect for non-beach times. We had a lovely long stay!

Nice Condo / Great Location

Well-appointed, clean condo - nice view of pool and glimpse of ocean - close to restaurants, shops and short drive to historic downtown St Augustine. One comment - if you need more than one bath towel per guest, bring extra from home - it was a battle to obtain extra bath towels.

Fall vacation

We, two couples, take a 2 week vacation together each fall. We have spent the last two years in this condo. All comments are positive except the table and stools. The table is stool high and very uncomfortable. Every other aspect of this property is very good.

Wonderful Condo!

The condo was beautifully decorated, immaculate and the beds were extremely soft and comfortable. The pools at the complex were really nice and the unit was very well-stocked with anything we needed. It has a beautiful location in the complex. The beach was really great! We really enjoyed ourselves! The only suggestion I would make is that, while the beds were very comfortable, Queen and King beds should really have more than 2 pillows each. We were only 2 sharing the condo, so one person per bed, so it was fine, but if my spouse had been with me, there would not have been enough pillows as we each normally use 2. Overall, we loved it and hope to visit this unit again!

Best Vacation Ever
