Perfectly located for access to the beach and restaurants. The dock and views are amazing! Sitting on the dock watching boats go by with coffee in hand was the best experience!
Traveled with family and friends. There was six of us in total and this house was the perfect size for us!! The views were breath taking and the home was so comfortable it really felt like a home away from home! We definitely plan on staying here again!
We had a great time with our family of 6! We had beautiful sunsets on the new dock. The kids saw dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, crabs and fish! We easily walked to the beach with the dogs. The hosts were great about sending us details and reminders.
Grand location. Beaches close were less populated and nice. Would recommend fixing the screens to decrease mosquitoes from screen porch. Enjoyed family time.
We very much enjoyed our stay in Crescent Beach. The home is an older house, but a real gem. It's got everything a small family could need for a week on the water. Plus, the new deck and boat dock were a real plus. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we could need including a gas grill, sheets, towels, screened porch with views, and nice chairs by a fire pit. Even had some beach chairs and ice chests if you needed. The management communicated well and answered questions in a timely manner.
Home was great. We wished we had more time to stay. If you want to see an old style Florida river home this is it. I am a multi generation floridian and feltl like i was back at my grandparents home except now with all the modern amenities. Great for families and close to old St Augustine

Best kept secret on the island.
What an incredible property with million dollar views. As a boat owner, the dock was second to none. Being able to lift the boat each day and have fresh water and power on the dock to take care of the boat was great. The home owners definitely under sold and over delivered on this one !!!

Relaxing with my dogs
Specifically selected this house because of the large yard and river front. I love to travel with my 2 dogs and this was the perfect place. The house has a feel of an old farmhouse but was very clean and the layout was perfect for us as a main bedroom was on the ground floor. My friend stayed upstairs so we not only had privacy but our own bathrooms. Great deal for the $$. Although near St. Augustine, we never had a reason to leave the island.
Great stay, nice location on the intercostal waterway. Plenty of parking, excellent outdoor scenery and a wonderful fire pit for the evening and early morning gatherings. I would feel more than comfortable to recommend this property to small groups or a large family. The area is super convenient but away from the noise of the highway. I would suggest that light switch labeling and hvac controls explanation be added. Other than those minor details… Book with confidence, it’s a quaint area with excellent dining (don’t miss Vinos).
What a lovely, peaceful place to relax. You can watch the boats and birds go by from the couch, or the patio. This is an older house in a natural Florida setting, so you will see some ants. The AC works very well, but is a little noisy upstairs. Bedding was clean and comfy, kitchen had everything we needed.
Had a wonderful stay with family! A total of 9 plus our dog and had just enough room for us all. Spent a majority of our time on the dock fishing, which we absolutely loved the space and power provided on the dock! We caught a bunch of catfish, red drums, stingray looking fish (I think called a skate fish) We saw manatees and dolphins, as well!
Very peaceful and enjoyed waking up to the sun rise on the dock.
ITrip was available and communicative through our trip, they also provided us one free ticket per activities such as St. Augustine Historic Tours, Alligator Farm, Wax Museum, and much more. We did not take advantage of this but it was pretty neat to be able to do that.
Had a great time and would definitely consider coming back here for that dock!!L
Anchors Away was amazing!!!! Whether you have a boat or not, the location is perfect for experiencing all that St. Augustine has to offer. The dock and lift worked great and it was so nice having our boat right there. The beach is half a mile from the place so it's an easy bike ride or walk.. We were only 15-20 minutes by boat from downtown St. Augustine and rode our boat in for dinner and docked downtown .The sunset view from the dock each evening was breathtaking and in the morning the waterfront view was peaceful and serene. The place itself was very clean and had plenty of space for my family . The owners really went the extra mile on providing some basic necessities and tips for places to visit that are local spots worth trying out. We only live a little ways away from St. Augustine and plan on making it our regular place to stay when visiting. A definite gem!

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
Good fishing and convenient to beach
The best feature of this property is by far the dock, whether you bring your own boat or plan to fish from the dock. We caught over 20 different species from the dock including a few big sharks, so think twice before jumping in! The house feels about 80 years old and appears to have been remodeled about 40 years ago. It has a few recent updates, but not many. It is very cramped and the online pictures were probably taken with a wide angle lens. However, if you are staying here it is probably because of the dock or proximity to the beach and you won't spend much time inside anyway. Overall we were pleased with the trip. It has everything that you need, maybe not everything that you would want. Most of our time was spent fishing from the dock, at the beach or exploring the area so it met our needs just fine.
This place was fine, it is a old house, low ceilings, cracked tile floors, noisy AC units upstairs
There was to be a finished dock, which it was not , everyday for 2 weeks, noisy trucks in morning and loud workers , so made it hard to sun bath on back patio
Then on weekends, people showing up to fish on some of the finished pier.
Beautiful view, on St. John’s River
The house did suit our needs , but did not live up to pictures and info on VRBO
Owners seemed very nice with info
If you like to fish and water view , when pier dock is done it will be a great house for you
The views and location suited us very well. The Property Management folks(ITrip) were very responsive to any questions or concerns we may have had. Looking forward to our next visit!
The location is perfect for a quiet getaway from the hustle of everyday life. The dock was incredibly peaceful, and we were lucky enough to spot dolphins and manatees while watching the sunset with our family. Truly a relaxing and memorable stay!

Nice weekend
We enjoyed our short stay. The dock is amazing. 3 dolphins swam right up under us while we were enjoying coffee. The owner takes special care to make sure your stay is nice.
So the home is old but very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. Very close to A1A that will take you to everything important. The matanzas inlet was very nice at low tide , a must see! Nice access to crecent beach just down the road. And a bait shop 3 min away. Loved our stay.
The house is very basic, no frills but clean. Check in was very easy and instruction for check in and out was easy as well. The private dock and the most beautiful sunsets were the highlight of our trip. We caught many different species of fish! Watched dolphins everyday! We would definitely return!
