Leave the pressures of everyday life at the door and enjoy the ease of oceanfront living at this Crescent Beach getaway! Inside, you'll find a custom-designed living space with wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean throughout the main floor and master bedroom. You can't get any closer to the beach than the Coquina Condominiums, which offer one of the fastest jaunts to the sand and sea as well as use of an outdoor pool and other wonderful community amenities.
What’s nearby:
This condo is part of the Coquina Condominiums, a beachfront complex with a community pool, a grilling area, a fish-cleaning station, and tennis, basketball, and shuffleboard courts. You'll be perfectly located for exploring Crescent Beach and Anastasia Island, and the fantastic cuisine, culture, and history of downtown St. Augustine await 13 miles north. This property is also just two miles north of Fort Matanzas National Monument - the beautiful grounds of which are home to an 18th century Spanish fort.

Lovely property

We enjoyed staying in this condo. View from the master bedroom and balcony was very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed except pasta strainer :) Localization of the condo is good, far from crowds but not to far from everything. I only wish we were able to open the window in the master bedroom to get some fresh air. The ventilation in the kitchen isn’t that great and the whole house smelled like whatever we cooked. The smell traveled upstairs and there was no way to get rid of it except turning air conditioning on, which was not a good thing when it’s chilly outside. Also the mattress in master bedroom isn’t very comfortable. Every morning I felt like someone beat me up on my rib cage lol Other than that we did enjoy staying in this condo. For those who like fishing, not far from condo is a good fishing spot under the bridge.

cottage on the beach

We loved the peaceful setting on the beach. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the grounds and the view of the ocean, having a cup of hot tea, was so relaxing. We discovered that there is a large turtle that lives under the condo, so we enjoyed watching it every day. This condo was comfortable and cozy. I rented a bicycle from the bike shop four miles up the road A1A Bicycles and enjoyed riding on the beach every day. We will definitely be back to Coquina again

Crescent Beach Getaway Condo

A206 was a welcoming condo. Views were incredible and the furnishings were comfortable. Bedrooms were large and Living Room was ample. Balcony was inviting. We'll be back!

Can’t Go Wrong at Coquina

Great communication throughout the process. Condo was clean and as advertised. We’ve stayed at other units on this property and this condo didn’t disappoint!

Beautiful Setting

What a wonderful few days we got to spend in this lovely complex. The kids loved the pool and the uncrowded beach! Only drawback is it’s one and a half bath but it does have a washer and dryer 😊which some of the two bathrooms do not! Loved having coffee on the balcony every morning!

Awesome views!

We really enjoyed this place. The view from the living room is fantastic. We enjoyed morning coffee in the balcony. The only negative is that it only has one full bathroom.
