Cozy In Town Cottage! Walk to Everything! Pet Friendly!

Our cottage is a one story residence set back from the quiet street, with a covered front porch for sitting and a back patio ideal for enjoying the warm Florida sunshine. The front and side yards are landscaped with lawns and plantings. A charcoal grill is provided in the back yard for outdoor cooking. Off street parking for two cars in driveway is provided. Inside, the floors are new ceramic tile with area rugs for comfort.The high ceiling in the living/dining room gives a feeling of spaciousness. Ample seating is provided with two sofas and an easy chair for socializing, watching the 43 " TV, or using the wireless connected internet. The dining area has seating for four, or more. Separating the dining area from the kitchen is a raised counter with bar stools, making it a great place to get together with family and friends. The kitchen has ample counter space and cabinets with all new stainless steel appliances including a range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Amenities provided include a coffeemaker, toaster. dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and cutlery. The bathroom is tiled, with a new vanity, refurbished toilet, and a combination bathtub and shower. A utility closet off the bathroom contains a new clothes washing machine and dryer. The linen closet holds extra towels, bedding, paper goods, and supplies. The rear bedroom has a queen size bed, chair, and built in clothes closet. The front bedroom has a full size bed, easy chair, dresser, and built in clothes closet. The bedrooms include bedside tables with lamps and drawers to hold small items. A dispenser for shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom is provided.

The cottage is a short walk to St. George Street, the ancient Spanish fort, and a short drive to magnificent Atlantic beaches, lighthouse, and many other attractions

Perfect place!

This was simply the perfect place to stay for our week in St. Augustine. We walked to just about everything and the neighborhood was so peaceful. The patio was a delight and the all-in-one laundry was so easy to work. Will definitely stay here again!

Quick St. Augustine Trip

It was our first time to stay in a pet friendly place. My doggies enjoyed their vacation. This property had the best appliances of any place we have ever rented! It was a nice change of pace.

Spring Break with kids and dogs

Great location, quiet neighborhood, fenced in yard for pets, has everything you need. Beds were clean and comfortable, kitchen has everything you need. Close to downtown, we walked everywhere. Great restaurants close by, easy drive to the beach. All around great place.

Perfect house and perfect location

We stay here every year. The house is perfect and walkable to just about everything. When we arrived, the house was sparkling clean and everything we could possibly need was there. We always bring our dog with us and he loves the backyard and the front porch. Would highly recomment this property.

Perfect location

Rained like crazy while we were there but could do a 5 minute walk to the hop on hop off buss to see the city. Restaurant at the end of the street, Raintree was wonderful

Great location and pet friendly

Great location and pet friendly! Felt safe and had no issues with the stay. Easily walking distance to the Historic District and the trolley stops (highly recommend getting tickets for the hop-on-hop-off trolley ride - is so fun and entertaining and takes you to all main attractions and the guides tells a bit of St.Augustine history). Close drive to the beach too.

It was exactly as described, quiet, cozy and walking distance to town. It is a lovely area and the beach chairs saved us...I may have some suggestions for the property owner for additional amenities such as a cooler, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return!

We adored our stay. The house was comfy, roomy and close to historic St Augustine. We were able to walk almost everywhere. We probably saved $100 in parking by staying here. We will definitely stay there again.

Comfy and cozy in great location

We enjoyed our stay in st augustine immensely. The cottage was so comfortable and close enough to walk to places we were going to. Our toy poodle loved the back yard, and we loved sitting there watching her as well. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Great house and location

Very pleased with the house. Clean, everything there we needed. You cannot beat the location. Walking distance to the historic district with shops, sights and restaurants. Definitely recommend this property and would be the first choice when in the area again.

Quiet, Comfortable, Pet Friendly

We had a great stay. The home is older but very clean, comfortable and very quiet. Even though it was extremely hot outside we were still able to walk to the marina and St. George street and to eat. We were so grateful to have found a place in walking distance to all the activities that was pet friendly. We didn’t use the backyard but it is fenced. I would recommend this place.

A vacation to remember

The house is cozy and comfortable. It is such a great location as its within walking distance to everything; downtown St. Augustine, restaurants and CookieBird. Don’t miss CookieBird. We visited St. Augustine Beach, Vilano Beach and Flagler Beach. We Kayaked in the sound & saw 3 dolphins. Visited Marineland & swam with the dolphins.

Mini memories at Bernard St

Had everything we needed, easy contact with owner, loved walking to venues in downtown. Everynight live music and fresh outdoors. 15 minute ride to the best clean beaches. Took a trip to PalmCoast for shore fishing and horse ride on the beach!!

My Birthday present to me

I knew the minute we pulled into the driveway that it was the "perfect place"! .....flowers, birdbath, blue accent colors! The house was clean, well-stocked, open, airy....well-decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were plump. Closet and drawer space more than adequate. Quiet neighborhood....we felt very safe. Convenient to everything! Donna, the Housekeeper, came by to bring a Propane Tank for the Gas Grill--she was super friendly!! I would recommend this Host and his delightful house very highly! I hope to make many repeat visits.
