The home was absolutely beautiful! It was very well stocked with everything we needed. We had 8 people and had plenty of inside and outside room to relax. The location was great. It is close enough to downtown to walk. Paul, our host, was very attentive and answered all of our questions very quickly. I would highly recommend this lovely “Cottage over the Bridge”!

The home is lovely! Just as in the photos. The home was clean as a whistle and we had everything that we needed. Our host was very accommodating and responded very quickly to our questions. The home was even decorated for Christmas! Would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

This property made my dad's 82nd birthday celebration extremely special for our family. Not only was the home and its decor spacious and stunning (exceeding the lovely pictures online), the hosts and property manager were incredibly accommodating. This place was everything we needed! It was super clean, so cute (i took some ideas home to do at my house), and close to Downtown. Even when we found out the propane tanks were empty, I contacted the host and they were very accommodating! We would absolutely stay here again!

Chill vibes near the heart of St. Augustine

We had a great experience at the cottage over the bridge! It’s a beautifully designed property stocked with all the comforts of home. The owners did a great job making sure everything within the house was functional and easy to find. LOVED the decor of the house and how clean and organized everything was. 40th Birthday

Our son's 40th birthday celebration was held in St. Augustine, and we needed a "home away from home" for the weekend. The Cottage Over the Bridge was perfect. When you walk in, there is a beauty and comfort that I have not seen in other rentals. The owners paid such attention to detail, in the layout, decor and amenities. It was a pleasure to stay in this lovely home.

The Cottage is by far the best VRBO!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cottage! The home was more than sufficient for our needs and really exceeded our expectations. We feel in love with this place. It was extremely accommodating and comfortable! It was equipped with an abundance of towels, extra bed linens and blankets, laundry detergent and a few extras. The kitchen has more appliances than I have in my own home! I loved this home and definitely recommend. You will not regret it! Also, it’s only minutes away from everything you need and want to do! Amazing!!!

1 week holiday stay Christmas thru New Years!Nicely remodeled home in great location . Easy to access historic downtown plus the beaches. House well equipped and nicely remodeled. large living area. Large dining table. Spacious kitchen. Bedrooms close together but very comfortable.Linens and towels were very nice. Little extras from owner really was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend booking. Historic St Augustine is busy during the holidays… so traffic is tough, but if you are not opposed to walking off your meals, restaurants and downtown are definitely doable by foot…especially when the weather is so nice .

Great place and convenient location

I came with friends from high school whom I had not seen for some time. The house was recently remodeled and a great spot. Everything was comfortable and it’s very convenient to downtown St Augustine… just be mindful of the traffic backing up to cross the bridge. Beaches were just as convenient. If couples are coming, just know the walls are very thin in the bedrooms! You can hear everything in the other rooms - talking, coughing, etc. Otherwise we had a great stay and the hosts were very communicative.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, and had so many amenities and extra supplies that made our trip easy and comfortable. The beds were very cozy, and the location was perfect—close to downtown but still quiet and relaxing. The hosts were professional and kind, even when my daughter accidentally broke a lamp. Everything was handled smoothly and with understanding. We would absolutely love to come back and stay again if they’ll have us!
