Although this 1st Floor Patio Suite will allow pets, there are a few other reasons that this condo could be the special spot for your seaside escape. A calm cool white throughout this condo keeps the focus on the horizon view of the ocean, which is as good as it gets from the first floor. This patio provides, although somewhat weathered, a plastic table that you can enjoy your meals outside if you desire. The living room provides the queen sleeper sofa and a 32" Flat Screen TV. This is one of the few pet friendly 1st Floor Queen Suites with a Full Kitchen. The stove with oven and medium refrigerator can make longer stays a bit more comfortable. The bathroom has an older tub and vanity, however has been updated with new faucets and lighting. A comfortable queen sized Beautyrest mattress in the bedroom is the perfect spot to watch the 32" Flat Screen TV. There is laminate flooring and a phone in the bedroom.
