If you are looking for a vibrant 2nd floor Balcony Suite Plus, close to the elevator access, then look no further. This lovely king suite has a queen sleeper sofa and a large 37" flat screen TV in the living room or a nice 26" Flat Screen TV in the bedroom. This condo has the full kitchen and a lovely kitchen table. The bathroom has a new walk in shower. The private bedroom has the comfortable King size bed. If you are looking for some Florida warmth, you'll find it here. SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was very clean and well appointed. Everything worked. Furniture was appropriate. Will book unit again.
