Amazing

The whole experience was wonderful! The house was exactly as listed. It was well stocked with all the necessities for 6 people. The neighborhood was quite and in a great location.

A lovely home in a great location

We were two couples, my husband and I, and our son and daughter-in-law. There was plenty of room to relax after a day exploring St. Augustine. The bedrooms are comfortable and private on opposite sides of living area. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location is outstanding, moments from anything you’d like to do in and around St. Augustine. The outdoor furniture is very nice and we especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch. We will return the next time we’re in the area!

Visit with daughter @ Flagler

Totally impressedby this property. Quiet at night, but close enough to everything Flagler and St. Augustine. Amazing find... When I can please the family it is a huge win, so thank you. We had a fantastic time. We will revisit for sure!

Nice vacation in St. Augustine

We were vacationing in St. Augustine for the second time. There were four of us, two couples. The house located on a quiet street, 15 minutes walk to the Flagler College. The house is fully renovated, very clean, with very comfortable layout. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and we used it all the time. All appliances are new, there are some basic supplies present too. Also, we found plenty of spare blankets, towels, bedding. Beach towels, beach chairs were also available. There is also a nice covered porch with comfy chairs facing a quiet street where we spent almost every night. Owner was very responsive to provide check-in information. We will definitely be back next year, this place is great.

Weekend Getaway

Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Historic District. House was cozy and well appointed. Host was very responsive to an issue related to our own equipment and a quick solution was supplied. Thank for a perfect weekend in St. Augustine. Lincolnville was a pleasure to walk through and we did make it down to the stables to feed the carriage horse sweet apples after a lap around Freedom Park.

Great house

This house is close to downtown St. Augustine and not too far from the beaches. That was a plus. It was nice inside and out. It was perfect for our visit.

Great spot

This house was great! It is minutes from downtown and to the beach. Since it was newly renovated everything felt updated and fresh. It was very spacious, inside and out. The stand-in shower was impressive; it had 4 different settings and was fun for everyone to experience at least once. I loved that I could park my car in the garage at night and that there were beach chairs in there that we were allowed to use. The host was quick to respond to questions and we were thankful for the notebook of recommendations and information left for us; it was super helpful when looking for places to eat or fun things to do.
