This beautiful penthouse villa on the fourth floor has a gorgeous OCEAN VIEW with an extra large balcony. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, two queen size beds in guest bedroom two and a queen in guest bedroom three. This condo has a washer and dryer, WiFi and cable. The resort has tennis, shuffleboard and a pool.

Always a great time at Spanish Trace! It’s our 3rd year in 455 and we enjoy the porch and space so much! Condo could use some updates and general maintenance, specifically plumbing (takes awhile for toilet to refill), but overall we had a good trip as always!

Spacious But Could Use Updating

The good: The size of this rental is fabulous for larger families or groups. The balcony and ocean view were absolutely phenomenal! Check in was easy and stress free. The bad: We did notice quite a bit of mold growing in the built-ins in the family room area (we understand this could be normal for humid Florida environments) and the bathrooms and bedrooms could use some updating. We ended up leaving our stay a day early for personal reasons. Overall, the unit is a good size and serves its purpose. We would consider another stay in future years.

Loved the location. Nice amenities. Plenty of space. It was not as clean as our rentals usually are, and unit needs some updating (carpet, bathroom floors and fixtures, doorways, mattress in master). All linens were clean and penthouse deck was great. Both bathrooms are within a bedroom so person in 3rd bedroom had to go in someone else’s room to use bath. Fine for us since we’re family but could be awkward (especially at night) if you had 3 couples or mixed families. Loved having laundry in unit. Having to pick up and drop off physical keys a little outdated. Also labeling the keys as the unit’s address is not the safest plan. If we had lost one someone would know exactly which unit they had a key for. Overall though, we loved the beach access, pool, number of bedrooms.

Great view

We enjoyed the large balcony and the ocean view with it's proximity to the beach. The bathrooms definitely need upgraded, especially the showers/doors. Beds were comfy. Loved the open kitchen/dining/living room layout. It was plenty of room for the 7 of us. The pool felt like bath water but it was because of the high temperatures during the day. Nice pool area. Overall quiet with exception to kids in the pool but that's to be expected. Would recommend this condo.

40th birthday getaway

This condo was awesome! Plenty of room for 6 adults. The open patio was really cool and the beach and pool were just a short distance from the room. Beautiful views and plenty of privacy to be a condo. Old Town is about a 10-15 minute drive but is well worth it. I love St Augustine and can’t wait to come back!
