Spacious, new, comfortable, with everything you need. We offer this house as a hypoallergenic house with no pets and no smoking ever allowed. We understand it can be very hard to travel with severe allergies and wanted this house to be accommodating for that. LIVING ROOM: Entertainment center with Smart 65-inch TV, XBOX / Blu-ray player, XBOX 1S, Retro Video Game System, DVDs. Living room has very comfortable couches with 4 Recliners. Table in the living room lifts up for laptops, games, or eating. Livingroom is also stocked with plenty of board games for kids and adults. The arcade game console has 2-player mortal combat, Paperboy, and about 10 other games (Beat the high score on Rootbeer tapper and receive $10 and 10% off your next stay!).

KITCHEN/DINING: The dining table has room for at least 4, in view of the living room, with 4 cushioned chairs. There is an additional 4 stools at the oversized kitchen countertop. The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you need - coffee, Keurig, hot water maker, pots/pans, towels, paper towels, dishware, kids dishware, silverware, wine glasses, and also paper plates and plastic cups if you prefer.

LAUNDRY: Laundry room is free to use, with high-efficiency washer and dryer, and comes with detergent and dryer sheets.

OUTSIDE: Outdoor picnic table, and Grill located away from bugs in a very nice screen room. Outside are 4 oversized Adirondack chairs around a firepit. The garage has a full size ping pong table and corn hole.

MASTER: Comfortable King Bed with private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in tile shower. There is also a trundle bed under the master bed, a couch that can turn into a bed, a full dresser, and a 50-inch smart TV. A pack n play, already setup, with sheets and a blanket is located in the master closet.

BEDROOMS: The two other bedrooms each have 1 Queen Bed and 1 Trundle bed under the Queens so the extra beds are there if you need them, or out of the way if you don't. Extra pillows and blankets are available in each closet along with suitcase holders.

This house is a blast and has everything needed for the best vacation ever, and is only 1 mile from all the downtown action.

Guests have access to the whole house and yard during their stay. There is also a closet in each bedroom. Each guest is provided with a unique code to the door upon check-in, and with that you are able to check-in and check-out on your own. The house has outdoor only security cameras for your safety and is licensed and monitored by a central alarm system which includes burglary, fire, CO, and medical response (we hope you never need them, but they are there just in case).
