The apartment is situated in the centre of St Andrews, in the popular Greyfriars Gardens.



The apartment is located on the ground floor and spread out over one level.



With the master bedroom at the front with windows looking out onto Greyfriars Gardens, a second bedroom and shower room in the middle, and an open plan living room and kitchen at the rear, with patio doors leading out to a private back garden with BBQ.



Both bedrooms feature a 180cm Super King bed, that can be split apart to form two 90cm singles upon request. Bedrooms include luggage racks.



Media: Tv comes withs Now TV SKY Sports along with the normal free to view apps. Guests are also welcome to log into Netflix, Spotify, or any other apps for which they have their own accounts. The living room also has a Sonos Soundbar.



Hallway has storage space for golf bags.



Guests may either park at the side of the street in front of the apartment, although pay and display is in force Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. Alternatively, guests can park for free 24/7 at either the Murray Place car park, a 2 minute walk from the apartment, or on The Scores, a 5 minute walk away.
