「Eventhough I have already paid by hotels.com, they still charge me for my stay (double charged). I have emailed them but still no answer after 7 days passed. Bad service. Please check your email and do your job properly. Emailed and called them again today but they give excuses.」

「I would never recommend anyone travelling to Dhaka to go stay there, the hotel smells of smoke and the room smells worse, the bathroom looks like a communal toilet the stains and the stench, no hot water either, stained bedding and towels.
I would request all online providers to delist this property. They treated me like a criminal and I'm not used to this sort of service.
Avoid at all cost people its a matter of health and safety.

「９階に宿泊しましたが、１０階の事ジム・シャワールームに近くて便利で良かったです。朝事は余り代り映えせずイマイチですが、毎日品数豊富なフルーツはOKでした。」
