This location was great with stores a grocery store, a drug store and restaurants all within a short walk. Our room was clean and the staff were friendly.

The service was good at check-in and checkout. Give us an upgrade for a decent price. The handle came off in the bathtub and they provided us with a discount for the inconvenience. Room was clean. We did not make use of the hot tub or the bar, but is connected to a mall so where there are many amenities around. Good location.

No TV - had issues getting heat in the room - the tap in the shower was not working properly. Sporadic water flow - stream then full flow then dripping. Not sure what that was all about. They are renovating the third floor so I can see some issues as an over spill however we were not advised upon booking. I booked 2 rooms for Christmas night for my elderly father and brother and his wife that flew in for Christmas so I was pretty mad that they had to experience these issues. The reason I booked this hotel was location to my sister’s house - the rooms looked clean and the hotel looked nice. I would have booked farther away and paid more for a better experience. The only thing that brought the rating level up to a 2 was the friendly staff (Jason in particular who made the reservation follow-up experience very smooth)
