「My family and I enjoyed thanksgiving in this beautiful home. The weather was colder than we had wanted but that didn't stop us. The kids enjoyed basketball outside, cornhole and ping pong downstairs. While the adults enjoyed the upstairs, great food, unexpectedly good football and family. Thank you for the great family memories!!」

「We had a wonderful stay at The Richlands! This location was perfect! The host was very responsive. The amenities were great, gated-community with a indoor pool/hot tub. The host let us check-in early and check-out late. The house was nice but a little out-dated, especially the tvs and couches. Besides that, we had a great time!」

「We enjoyed a cozy Thanksgiving weekend at the cabin. It has a great layout for cooking and relaxing, and the views are gorgeous! We used the wood-burning stove most of the time there.I had read other reviews pointing out that there was a lower level unit and an occasional tenant. I'm very glad I was aware of that because someone came to stay there the last night. I would have been absolutely freaked out if I wasn't aware. Would have appreciated a warning from the owner though. 」

「Negatives: The location of this house does require AWD/4WD to access in the winter. There was no mention of this on the listing. We saw multiple cars skidding on the ice and stuck on the road or in a snow embankment leading up to this house and other homes due to the ice on the roads in this neighborhood. We were traveling with another family who had young children and this was extremely stressful for them as they had to abandon the car in the middle of the road and walk up to the home. My other...
