「ホテル従業員の方々のサービス・対応が本当に心地良く、おすすめできるホテルだと思いますし、また利用したいと思います。部屋はそれ程新しい感じはしませんでしたが、とてもリラックスできる清潔な部屋でした。またラウンジなどのホテル施設も手入れの行き届いたくつろげる造りで、スパ・プールなども満足できるものでした。もちろん周辺の自然環境も素晴らしかったです。」

「This was a last minute stay and the staff were amazing. The place is beautiful. Lots of renovations being made but that didn’t stop the beauty of the resort from being seen. Although I didn’t bring my children this time, I will in the future. We loved our stay and will stay again. 」

「Phenomenal location on the resort. Was able to park the car and take the shuttle not only around the resort, but directly to the lifts. Beautiful large 3 bedroom, but it is a blend of hotel and home. So while it is impeccable clean, the kitchen is sparse, and we had to purchase extra blankets to comfortably sit around the living room fire place. Otherwise, this is money well spent and would not only HIGHLY recommend, but would personally stay here again and again!」

The configuration of the condo was perfect for our two families and the ladybugs that moved in! :) The room with the 4 twin beds gets very cold so we kept the door open as much as possible but I would recommend bringing a space heater since I don’t believe that is something that can be fixed.
