「We arrived about 8 pm and the front desk person was so welcoming and made sure we were able to get something to eat before the restaurant closed. He was a real gem.」

「We came on the last day of the activities and ski swap. It was loud at first but by the end of the day it cleared out. The room was clean and big which was nice. It had a slight view of the fall colors. The staff tried to be helpful.」

「The bed and furniture were so awful I had to rate this property low. We couldn’t sleep at all. Everything else was a nice experience.」

「What a pleasant surprise: A safe, well maintained hotel with an immaculate room and bathroom, Keurig coffee maker, clean microwave and 3.5 cu ft refrigerator, a nice included breakfast, responsive and professional staff and everything worked. And it was affordable. Lovely. If we return to Galena, we will stay there. Absolutely zero complaints.」

「It was a very nice experience. Would definitely go back.」

「Perfect, safe place for a senior women’s getaway. All on one floor. Plenty of beds and 2 large bathrooms as well as a seating area to catch up with each other. The man at the desk was very helpful and friendly.」

「We enjoy the lawn, fire pit, pavillions, fire wood, and the grill!」
