「ホテルは、言い分なしの快適さです。ウエルカムドリンクをテラスで頂きました。スパ、サウナも完備。プールもあったが、水着を持って行ってなくて、残念でした。気持ちよさそうでした。レストランは、注文後１時間半経ってやっと前菜。。。。。食べ終わることが出来たのが、３時間近くかかった。まあ、仕方ないかとあきらめてましたが。ホテル自体が良いだけに非常に残念でした。」

Taking the chair lift up to the hotel is such a cool experience, and the next one up to the hiking trails is incredibly serene — quiet, peaceful, and with some of the best views you’ll find anywhere. 「Sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Am Abend handelt es sich jeweils um ein Gourmet- und ein veganes Menu, was miteinander kombiniert werden kann. Auf Nahrungsunverträglichkeiten (bspw. Laktose) wird stets Rücksicht genommen. Das Frühstück ist äusserst reichhaltig, lecker und abwechslungsreich! SPA Bereich top mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Berge. 」

「La struttura si trova in una posizione eccezionale, non nel caos del centro ma a 10 minuti a piedi su na strada pedonale che costeggia il fiume di una bellezza e tranquillità estrema. Sul balcone lato fiume c'è sempre stato sole ed è stato bello sedersi a bere un bicchiere e scambiare quattro chiacchere con la compagna」

「 Greeting with Champagne and tour through hotel. Hotelroom nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Dinner that was included was a 5 course meal that was excellent. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. Worth a trip and stay. 35 minutes from Merano. We did not have children with us but great for families.」
