「Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times.」

Parking was on property not street, home was SUPER CLEAN, and she had a new fridge, washer and dryer, close to a Walmart, and restaurants and gas stations yet rural enough to feel like you are in a neighborhood-super quiet!!! HANDS DOWN I plan to stay there next year!!!!! 」

「Several electrical outlets did not work. In including front and back porch lights. Twin sized bed so uncomfortable. Granddaughter did not rest. Paint peeling on front and back porch. Musty smell inside house. Only one set of towels per bathroom. Also, towels and washcloths are type used for carwash. Not used for bathing. Jets not working in garden tub. Obvious this home needs refresh to meet vrbo expections. Obviously used for wedding accommodations only. 」
